Instalaciones limpias y confortables.

Desayuno básico, con productos de buena calidad. Las suites están bien amuebladas y decoradas, no tiene servicios adicionales, el servicio de limpieza es eficiente y mantienen todo limpio y muy ordenado.

Si bien la calle donde está es tranquila y se puede aparcar sin problemas fuera de temporada veraniega, tiene mucha suciedad de perros, que hace difícil poder caminar por allí, lo que da una sensación de suciedad que contrasta con la limpieza de las suites.

Que las toallas estaban descoloridas y sucias que el baño estaba muy deteriorado y que la bañera estaba rota de la pésima instalación que tenía no os recomiendo esa habitación muy cara para lo mal atendida que está las sábanas estaban amarillas en ves de blancas vamos fatal

For two days we had problems with electricity. It went on and off. Problem was solved just quite late and no treatment or apology was given.

Relaxing stay in Marbella.

The property is amazing, close to the main attraction of the city and the staff is super nice! The breakfast is really a value-added to the stay. Garden and swimming pool extremely relaxing! Parking spot included in the price.

The toilette is in an open-area of the room.

It was wonderful to stay in this space facing the mountains and waking up to sunshine everyday

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Sitting on the terrace having breakfast was wonderful The presentation and the attentiveness of everything was great

The elevator is super tight :( if you are travelling with bigger bags this may be a struggle

Highly recommending – choice at Puerto Banus

We got upgraded to spacious suite with outdoor bath and garden view – very nice indeed. Hotel is located approx. 15 …20mins walk distance from Puerto Banus harbor. Our room was spacious, clean with nice design elements and features – outdoor bath was excellent surprise. WiFi was working well. Breakfast is served at roof top. and includes lots variety ingredients – tasty and fresh. There is opportunity for free car parking alongside the street. If I can score 11, I would like to give it – thx team making our stay memorable!

The place was charming a great location. The family and the staff were very nice and helpful. The terrace was my favourite spot where our excellent breakfast was served. I would love to stay there again.

Exceptional

The staff was so incredibly sweet! They upgraded us free of charge and our room was absolutely stunning. I especially love the terrace both the one that was a part of our room and the main terrace where breakfast was served.

Super nice

The view was amazing and the breakfast. Staff was amazing.

We got an upgrade, but rather wanted the room we booked (liked more in the pictures) and upgraded room was few plants away from the breakfast area. So when sleeping with terrace door open you hear when someone is there. :) But overall it's ok. Only small bin in the bathroom.

This was comfortable but needs a coat of paint.

Breakfast on the outdoor patio was beautiful. The room was spacious and had kitchen availability, though we weren’t there long enough to use it. Underground parking was nice.

Confusing check in and key situation. Maybe if we had stayed longer we would have gotten used to the strange elevator and key system. The whole place seemed tired - in need of a spruce up. We could hear noise from neighbors.
