The treehouse was perfect for my hushand & I plus our 2 dogs! Had everything we needed & more! Loved the hot tub under the lights! Driveway is like a path through the woods BUT very doable with a 4x4! We drove a full size Yukon & had no issues. Perfect getaway!

I don't think we could have possibly stayed at a more perfect place . The setting is breathtaking, the views stretch far und the hot tub is amazing after hiking all day. We will be back!

This trip was just what I needed! This gorgeous treehouse was unbelievable. After losing my daughter a few months ago I needed a getaway and this was absolutely amazing! Being high in the mountain top with the views of the valleys and clouds blowing through made it feel like heaven! Sitting in the hot tub looking out was indescribable! By far the most relaxing, gorgeous, stay that I’ve ever experienced! I will be back for sure!

I loved the location, view, deck, hot tub. Perfect for a couple and their fur baby. First ‘tree house’ we have ever stayed in, but we loved the experience. A must for any couple that might need a get away

We loved staying here!! We booked this trip to get away (just us and our dogs) and relax. This was the perfect location! I will say that if you cannot drive up the driveway, then prepare for a good walk to the top. We couldn’t make it up and honestly having to walk up the steep driveway made our trip even better. It was rewarding when we got to the top and could get in the hot tub. So worth it in our opinion. The views are amazing! Overall we had an experience that humbled us and brought us back to the basics. Sometimes we need that during the busy work life. We will be going back for sure. We highly recommend other people stay here and enjoy it like we did.

Paradise indeed! Gorgeous views from a comfy, incredibly private getaway! They are not joking about the driveway: do not attempt to get up to the house without 4 wheel or all wheel drive!

Stayed 3 nights for our 20th anniversary and it was fantastic. The small space, hot tub and views were just what we needed. The house is well equipped and had all that we needed. Had a small issue with the hot tub which was addressed quickly to allow us to fully relax and enjoy all that this place had to offer. Very close to Living Waters which was a beautiful, short hike (we did it twice!). I was looking for a special place as we have rented more traditional (and larger) places in the mountains before and this place fit the bill perfectly! Will likely be back if the price doesn’t get out of hand.

This place is so special I'm tempted to not encourage others to stay here. My wife and I always do day trips hiking and exploring wherever we go but, we could not leave and enjoyed the entire time at 'home'. It may be a cozy treehouse, but we enjoyed every second in that special place. The kitchen was clean and functional for a great breakfast to start the day. The deck had a million dollar view. He simply looked out over the countryside and enjoyed the perfect day, perfect settings and being together. Played cards, darts, ring toss and other fun stuff we discovered there. Never saw or heard another person and just enjoyed the peace of nature. We even got tons of projects done on our laptops with zero interruptions. Never stopped smiling for this long. Everything was amazing. For the first time in decades we both felt like we truly 'Went away'.

Wow! What a wonderful experience in this tiny home. It is the perfect hide out for a romantic getaway. The hottub overlooking the mountains is such a divine experience.
We also got a chance to go hiking and it was absolutely amazing. The trails were very easy to navigate with the map. The hill leading up to the place is very steep. Having 4 wheel drive was needed. Although, we walked it during our hike. It is doable, but you will feel it in your body! I know I did, ha! We will definitely return!

My boys and I had a great guys weekend. The place was clean and as described. The views are amazing. Not sure if we enjoyed the hot tub or the darts on the lower deck more!

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Definitely pack light or have a 4 wheel drive to park up near the house. One of the most unique stays my wife and I have ever had.

Recommend 4 wheel drive to get up steep driveway we hiked up the short distance and the views are so worth it!! This place is perfect for 2 to get away.

Great place to get away from everything, but still close enough food and hiking.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy tree house! The views are incredible, especially getting to see both the sunrise and sunset. Ryan was incredibly helpful and responsive on a Saturday night when the smoke detector went out and tripped a breaker. Will definitely be back!!

Was a beautiful property and lots of fun to stay at. Weather wasn’t great at first with the fog, but made the best of it during that time. Once it cleared it was even better. Everything was great and it was not far from several state parks, restaurants and nearby towns. We had An amazing time.

We had amazing time at the treehouse, with crystal clear fresh air and mountains view, something we definitely recommend to others!
The house is so tiny, perfect for a couple! Feeling refreshed and ready for holiday season! It was a great place to be!

It was an amazing experience. I'm a nature lover and this was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We were there during the peak season for the leaves turning and holy wow!! AMAZING!! It was just what my husband and I needed. Very secluded and we felt completely safe. The treehouse was exactly as described. It is small but perfect for a couple. The only complaints I had was: I didn't book for a longer stay and I would have planned better and taken our food with us. We ended up driving to IGA in Rosman for food, which was great, but wish we had did that BEFORE arriving at the treehouse. We can't wait to go back next year, and the next, and the next.

Worth it. The views are amazing, the property is awesome. 10/10 will return. Hiking and hot tub with a view during the day, camp fires at night. This was a great way to spend a weekend.

The treehouse was nice. The interior could use a coat of paint, but the water got hot and the coffee maker worked :)
The listing is accurate, but the room size is about as small as a spare room in our house. Then throw in a couch, stove, fridge, etc., There's little room to move around and store luggage. The view from the hot tub is like the picture, which was the selling point for us. If you don't have 4wd, the walk up the driveway will make you cry. It's like walking up a steep roof for a quarter mile. It was something we didn't even consider when we booked and our elder dog really struggled up the driveway.
Overall the treehouse was nice. The view was postcard worthy. The town of Brevard was neat with some great restaurants. Nearby Looking Glass Trail and waterfall are a must see. It was a great week of vacation for us and we're happy with our stay.

This cozy mountain treehouse was perfect for me and my new husband. We were very happy with our stay. The place was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and well organized.
I do agree with needing 4wheel or all wheel drive to get up the driveway. I hope to stay here again someday!

Great experience. The property is exactly what we were looking for. The view is great and it has all the things you are looking for in a small space. The area is fantastic too, love mama bears food truck and the tap house there at head waters outfitters.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! The treehouse is completely remote and the views are breathtaking. The driveway is no joke - you need 4 wheel drive (which we had and the owners mention numerous times) but seriously, pay attention to that warning! Lol. The treehouse was very clean and it fit both of us perfectly. Four people may be a bit tight. The hot tub was an added perk and we really enjoyed it. Overall, HIGHLY recommend! We fell in love with the area and we will definitely visit again!

The treehouse was cozy and comfy with an ecstatic view from the hot tub and decking! Full privacy!! Very worthwhile for a getaway!!

The treehouse has an incredible view! It is quaint, off the beaten path, remote, romantic, and a little rugged. It’s also very small. Everything that makes the treehouse great, can also be challenging. It’s located in a remote area with some rugged roads and is very small-also the ladder in/out of the bed is steep. No tv or Wi-Fi, so get comfortable outside enjoying the view.

This is a REAL getaway! We wanted seclusion and not just a fence and the Tree House is literally all by itself. it is very quiet and the view is spectacular and changes all day from the mountain fog. Do not hesitate or over pack! Do not skip the hot tub either!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn’t have loved it more. Sometimes listings make a property look secluded, but you show up and there are houses just off camera. Definitely not so in this spot, it felt very remote. The hot tub was spectacular, and we enjoyed watching the low clouds swirl over the valley from the deck. The area was amazing as well - we thoroughly enjoyed hiking and checking out waterfalls, as well as kayaking the French Broad. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

More beautiful than we imagined. Views are amazing.

This place was incredible!!! It is exactly as pictured…though it is a small treehouse, it had everything we needed. Great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, fun area downstairs with darts and ring game, and AMAZING hot tub with breathtaking views. It is rare to find a place that feels truly private…it was so nice to get away from busy life and just admire the wonders of nature. Four wheel drive is a must since you have a bit of a journey on unpaved roads with a steep incline...but that was part of the fun and why we truly felt it was our own slice of paradise. I can’t wait to visit again! It was worth every penny for those views.
FYI - If you see Mama Bears Food Truck at Headwaters the food is awesome!

A truly amazing place. This was our second stay at the property. The view the privacy and the hot tub cannot be beat. We will be back again.
