CLOSE TO LAKE, SHOPPING, AND RESTAURANTS.
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.
Q: PARKING?
A: You do not need a car, but there are multiple garages within a block of the home if you drive. They are typically $20-40 / night.
We recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find free or cheap parking. There are SpotHero spots near the building for your convenience, available on a first come, first serve basis.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless we happen to be out, which is rare).
Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.
Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
Guest access
You have full access to the condo. The gym, laundry, and rooftop are available, but please respect the long-term tenants in the building and do not disclose that you are staying in an Vrbo for your safety+security.
Other things to note
Please inquire if you have a group of 10-20 guests. We may have availability because we have 4 units on the same floor (A FULL FLOOR!) :)
You will be sent all relevant check-in steps along with the house manual through google docs 2 days before your check in. Thanks :)
NOTE: The main elevator for the building is small, but newly renovated. It comfortably fits 4 people so you may have to go up to the unit staggered.

This charming apartment is beautiful. It is so close to everything downtown Chicago that we wanted to see. The restaurants close by were delicious. It seemed like we could walk around for miles and look at the architecture and beauty of Chicago. WE WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER STAY !!! Thank you to the hosts😀

Stayed here during a work conference. For the same price as the conference hotel, I got the whole place to myself with a full kitchen and nice tub. Place was very clean, check in and out was easy, and the building was quiet during my time there- as well as being within walking distance to anything I needed. Thank you for a little city retreat!

It was an overall great stay at this VRBO! The apartment was clean, easy to access, had all the necessary amenities (and more), and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The best part, in our opinion, was the location! So close to great food, shopping, the lake, you name it! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect spot for some sight seeing
The location was walkable to mag mile, some fab pizza restaurants, a mile to the riverwalk, and the 360 experience in the John Hancock tower. The room was perfect. Bed comfy, pull out sofa perfect for our son, the coffee was delicious in the AM.
