Plenty of room for our 5. Super clean. Booking same week next year ASAP!

The house was not stocked including paper towels. The floor was also disgusting and we had to mop the floors ourselves.

The home is beautiful. A 3 story home. So lots of stairs. Big open concept to kitchen and Livingroom. 2- outdoor decks. Both need to be spray washed. But lovely view to front deck.
3- bedroom 3- full baths. And master bath with Jacuzzi. And full shower with built in chair.
Lots of nice amenities in home. Safe neighborhood.

Lots of space, well- equipped condo
We stayed here for a ski trip to Copper Mountain (a group of 6, including 2 kids). The condo is in a great location, very close to a grocery store and other shopping in Dillon. Easy access to I-70 and a short drive to ski resorts. The bedrooms were good sized. The three full bathrooms were convenient (one en suite and one guest bathroom upstairs, one on the main floor). Large garage, lots of hooks and benches to store coats and gear. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (dishwasher detergent and coffee filters were provided). Nice to have for future guests - instructions for how to use the fireplace, also the drip of the coffee pot did not line up right and overflowed easily (maybe there is a trick to it?). The fan in the master bedroom has an alignment issue in the motor, causing it to thump while in use. These were all very minor issues and we enjoyed our stay!

Great House
Great location with lots of space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Only downside was the road noise in the master bedroom.

Took our almost 2 year old on vacation here so we could take him kayaking on the lake. It worked out great for him, other than the stairs being a little big the furniture/decoration was really kid friendly. He loved the ceiling fans and the big tub in the main bathroom. The lower full sized bunk bed was easy to set up for him. The location is great for getting food and getting to the lake and marina. The only downside was getting in and out of the neighborhood with the construction and the truck noise from the highway. Check-in/out was all handled by text so it was super easy.

The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5 and nicely laid out. Very pretty lake view from the master bedroom.
Wanted to love this rental more but feel the pictures misrepresented the proximity to highway 6 which is right below the rental and extremely loud throughout the day and night making sitting on the main front porch or leaving windows in the master bedroom open at night, fairly unpleasant. The back porch has loose and rotten floorboards that bow underfoot as you step down on some of them, felt a bit unsafe out there. I rate overall cleanliness a 6 out of 10. Main surfaces and areas were nicely clean upon arrival but as we spent more time, we realized much of the cleaning was overlooked. We discovered dust, debris and crumbs from previous visitors underneath the sofa cushions and under the ottoman as they were moved over the course of our visit. Many of the dishes provided had a layer of dust/film that had to be washed off before use. Light fixtures in the bathrooms, especially master bath, were left very dusty and appeared to not have been wiped down at all prior to arrival. There's no A/C in unit which is understandable for a mountain rental but it gets warm and stuffy during the day and we found many of the windows on the main floor do not have screens to allow opening for air flow. Overall enjoyed the stay in Dillon, but not sure I'd rent here again for the price.

Great location-plenty of room for family
The townhome was a great fit for our family. We loved that it had a garage to park our car. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Close to Breckenridge short drive. Some great restaurants in town.
Home was clean, however didn’t like that they used a very strong air freshener to make it smell clean. Was overpowering! Also renter is not able to control temperature. Was a little warm at times in the home during our stay.
