Incredible location - but could use a facelift

This place is SO CLOSE to everything - it is right across from the train/bus terminal - right at the beginning of Main St plus your right down the street from Yarmouth - can't beat the location AND it is set back off the street so only noise comes from within the building

There was only 1 electrical outlet available in the room (outside of the bathroom) and I found my mattress to be very uncomfortable however my other half loved his. Also the plumbing had issues you have to flush slowly and hold the handle but that seems to be most of Hyannis so I noticed.

Good, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent location at reasonable price for this area.

Location was a short walking distance from the docks at the Harbor with its artists shanties and charter boats. Also a short walk to Main Street Hyannis with its shops and restaurants. It's not at all a fancy place, but VERY clean with comfortable bedding. Helpful staff.

A free hot breakfast was a huge disappointment on the morning after the 4th of July. Clearly, they failed to anticipate a rush from late sleepers after the previous day's festivities. So, half an hour before closing (9:30 am) there were no potatoes, no sausage, no eggs, no muffins..long lines. They could not replenish food quickly. Sausage came out cold, (inedible) eggs in small amounts, and not much else. An error on the part of whoever was in charge of breakfast. On a normal morning, breakfast is probably very good.

Dirty place. Avoid a stay there

The location is fine. Free parking

The most disgusting place I ever stayed. No reception. You have to go to comfort inn. Bad smells in the room and in the corridor. Disgusting carpet at the entrance. Cheap price but very cheap and dirty place. Cockroaches and bugs will be your best friends if you stay there. Bathroom falling apart. Even the shower wasn't working and dirty Microwave has been cleaned for a while Dust everywhere. Not a sane place at all

Paid too much, even thru discount travel sites.

Once we found it, the location was convenient to many restaurants and venues.

No breakfast offered. Bathroom wall looked like someone had vomited, splatter marks remained on wall. Toilet was wobbly - either not properly seated on wax ring, or needs a new wax sealing ring.

Very disappointing

The location was convenient to food and entertainment

The location was behind a Comfort in and very difficult to find a way in. After circling the block several times I called the phone number. The woman answering the phone said just come to Comfort Inn and check in. We went in and the check-in went rather smoothly. We learned the only way to access the heritage house in was through the comfort inn parking lot. The room was average and relatively clean until I went to make a cup of coffee. There was an old coffee bag in the coffee machine with mold on it. our reservation was for two days so we stayed fully expecting that we would at least get clean towels for the second day and that did not happened. Nobody went into our room to straighten the bed or provide clean towels. And the staff at the comfort inn let it be known that they were not employed by the heritage house in and we could not partake of their breakfast in the morning. we didn’t even get new coffee packets.

Location was super. Only 2 blocks away from Main Street.

The beds were HORRIBLE. I am only 30 years old and my whole body ached after sleeping in the uncomfortable bed! Also, there were black hairs all over the bathroom :(

Sucks

I was suppose to get 15% off from a previous disaster trip in a construction site. Plus 10% off from heritage house. It was a pit right next to a construction site. With every air conditioner melting dirty water into the building and mold was present everywhere in this building due to not cleaning the ac filters. This was another disaster trip. Not a satisfied customer I demand a response

DIsgusting hotel Do NOT stay here.

This hotel is in very bad condition and should not be available on booking. It is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in and the price was high for the disgusting conditions of the rooms. The only good thing I can say about this place is the location was good for getting to the ferries.

This hotel is disgusting! I had a very large black mold stain growing above the shower in my room. The front door to the building was streaked with something spilled on it and never cleaned. My friend had a different room in equally bad condition. The sink leaked when I tried to wash something out, there is no laundry, wifi was just ok. I would never stay here again.

Hated my stay, would never stay there again and would not recommend.

Bed was comfortable but I used my own bedding, glad it had frig and microwave, although I disinfected before use.

Room smelled, bathroom yucky, carpet gross. Even with a good cleaning the room would be bad. Lots of seedy people hanging around and door to building would not securely close and lock. No secondary security lock on room door, I slept with chair behind door. I realize the hotels in the area are expensive, however, the price they charge for the room is well above what it’s worth.

Room was I given was unfinished on the walls. Obvious patches on the walls that had not been painted with a finish coat. The first room I was sent to (it was late afternoon) was not made up, bed unmade, room disheveled - obvious house cleaning had not been there.

Wasn’t offered any servicing when checking in. No options for cleaning, no coffee maker cleaning and replenishing, no way to phone to front desk, no fresh towels every few days, fridge froze our food.

Cheap price, but you get what you paid for. I’ve stayed in worse hotels, but I’ve also stayed in nicer.

The property was in a good location. We were able to walk to many places.

It was bare minimum and nothing fancy. Also, the hallway was a bit musty smelling.
