La casa è al primo piano, ideale per 4 persone. In caso di necessità e su richiesta, è disponibile una stanza indipendente sottostante con due letti e un bagno, utilizzata per il 5° o 6° ospite.
Gli spazi interni casa sono ampi, circa 100 mq, e l'altezza dei soffitti permette importanti lampadari di Murano.
La posizione centrale consente spostamenti nelle varie direzioni della città, dista 100 mt da Campo Santo Stefano, il campo più signorile della città, a due passi dall’Accademia, le Zattere e il circondario più esclusivo della città. Facilmente si raggiunge la Piazza San Marco o il Ponte di Rialto.
I servizi di prima necessità sono sotto casa (farmacia, supermercato, banca, ristoranti ecc..).
In Campo Santo Stefano, seduti all'aperto è come stare a teatro, ordinate un aperitivo veneziano "Spritz" e godetevi lo spettacolo.

We had a great stay in Venice. It's a lovely apartment, very centrally located. Check-in was easy and Mrs. Nicoletta provided great recommendations.

The location was absolutely the best part. We were not very far from one of the vaporetto stops, the grand canal & all the other attractions, and yet off the beaten path enough that it was quiet. Nicoletta was very gracious. After showing the apartment, she pointed out everything on the map & gave us some great recommendations. One thing to be aware of before you book (especially if you are planning to use all three bedrooms with kids), is that the third bedroom with the twin beds is in a completely different unit downstairs. This is not indicated on the listing, and I believe that it should be. The pictures make it appear that this is one unit on two levels, but it is not the case. The upstairs landing is shared with another apartment. We were traveling with a 20-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy with the thought that they would be able to be in their own rooms but neither felt comfortable sleeping in the downstairs unit by themselves. It would have been a bit more inconvenient needing a key to come and go between the two. Luckily, the bunkbeds worked ok even though my son was almost too big for the top bunk. Fortunately, this change did not alter our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Venice, Murano and Burano during our 3-days. A helpful tip if you are planning to visit the other islands is to purchase the vaporetto pass so that you do not need to purchase tickets every time you plan to board. This saved us time and allowed us the freedom to go on and off as we pleased.

This rental is in a great location and provided a perfect home base for exploring Venice. The size of the apartment suited our family well, and the kitchen was nice to have for a quick lunch and late night snacks. The host was helpful and provided good recommendations on restaurants, transportation, etc.

This was a comfortable apartment, well appointed, in a very good location. Checkin was simple thanks to personal assistance, and we appreciated the easy communication with the property owner. We look forward to a return visit.

Really nice place to stay. The folks who rented above us were awful. They rang our doorbell several times while we were there at 1am and 3am. This wasn’t the owners fault so still recommend and give them a 5 star

The apartment was in a perfect location close to everything needed in Venice. Everything was clean, organized and roomy. Highly recommend this place for a family of 4.

The property is very close to the major bus stops. Makes it easy to get to sights and tour meeting places. The restaurant next door is also really good. There’s a PAM small grocery store on the corner to get supplies for the kitchen.

We enjoyed exploring Venice from this charming apartment. In the center of the city so close to everything but not in all the crowds. Pleasant host with good recommendations.
