We really enjoyed staying at Lynn and Steve’s gorgeous property. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Bed was super comfy and shower REALLY nice. We had everything we needed and looked forward to coming back at the end of long days hiking in the park. Fresh eggs were an extra bonus!
Highly recommend!

This property is a hidden gem just minutes from the town of Port Angeles and so close to many of the best parts of Olympic National Park! My husband and I spent 8 days in the PNW for the first time and this two night stay was the highlight. The cabin was extremely clean, comfortable and picturesque. It was great to have a nice kitchen to cook breakfast in the mornings. Can’t recommend it enough! We hope to return one day!

Lynn and Scott could not have been better hosts. They are friendly and helpful and respectful of privacy. Their home has great views of the water and the town below. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The area is secluded, quiet, and very peaceful. Saw lots of hummingbirds at Lynn’s feeders. Loved their friendly Labrador pup! Convenient to Port Angeles, Sequim, lovely Port Townsend, and the Olympic National Park. Highly recommended!

This was a great experience.

This was one of our favorite places on our trip. The views were incredible and fun to watch the boats. Accommodations were wonderful. Hosts so thoughtful to include everything we needed-wine, fresh eggs, and toiletries. Loved the shower! Located not far from the restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend!

Upon arrival we had a great view of the Port and Canada. Check in was easy with a code and were greeted with a hand-written postcard, wine, fresh eggs. The place had everything we need to unwind after a day of hiking and exploring. Meeting Pearl the dog while watching the sunset was an added goofy bonus and made us miss our two pups at home. Lynn was a very responsive and wonderful host. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was beautiful as were the grounds. The wine and eggs were a nice touch as well. Thank you for hosting us!

We had such an amazing time staying here! We got very lucky with glorious weather and even better views of the strait. There were deer in the yard in the morning and hummingbirds at the window every day. The hosts made us feel so incredibly welcome and comfortable. They made sure we had everything we needed to cook fabulous meals (including some oils, spices, and condiments! A game changer when staying at a rental), and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some farm fresh eggs. We got to meet their chickens too! While the hosts live on site, they made sure to give us our privacy, but were there if we ever needed anything. The location was also perfect for our Olympic NP visit. I would happily stay again.

Our stay was amazing, especially the view from the house looking to Port Angeles. With easy access to Port Angeles, Hurricane Ridge and the Olympic National Park it made the location of Lynn and Scott’s place perfect. Everything that you could need was provided to you at the house and cleanliness was up to par! We can’t wait to visit again!

The location is somehow both remote and easy to find. The home is beautiful and fully equipped. The outdoor fire pit is the perfect place for long chats and enjoying the view. Absolutely would stay here again!

My husband and I had a few days to spend at Olympic NP (ONP) and we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! Everything was comfortable, with thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home - like eggs from their chickens and a bottle of wine! The location is fantastic for exploring ONP and the view is beautiful! If we ever visit ONP again, we will stay here. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Upon arrival we found a welcoming note along with a bottle of wine an some fresh eggs from our host’s chicken. The house was clean with a well stocked, but not overly crowded kitchen- perfect. The location was great for accessing Olympic Park, which was the primary reason for our visit. We appreciated and used the host recommendations for restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Wow, what a lovely stay. The grounds are just precious, with magical views and all of nature's blessings surrounding you. The hosts were so so kind- we were gifted with a bottle of wine our first night, and came home to fresh plums picked from their gardens in a bag hanging on our door with a sweet note. Having just come from an AirB&B a few hours away that was beyond disappointing, this was a relief. Hosts matter, as do clear instructions on all the amenities, gadgets etc. in which they very much offered. In a world where rentals are becoming more and more cookie cutter and stale, this was a breath of fresh air (literally)! Just one request- a real iron would be so appreciated by dorks like us who sometimes iron our clothes meticulously, as we tried to do for our anniversary dinner here but really couldn't. Overall I can't recommend this place more. They have the most glorious picnic basket available that I've ever seen- I gasped over it and have been searching for a similar one ever since (with no luck). If you want to wake to roosters crowing, mystical cloud formations over the water, and eat fresh eggs from hens just a whisper away, don't hesitate. Bliss!

Very clean, quiet property, beautiful views, hosts were very nice providing complimentary wine and fresh eggs. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Amazing stay! I read another review that stated this property is heaven. After staying here a few days, if you could pick a place to be heav... this would be my pick. The view from the fire pit and picnic table is breath taking. I could sit there forever. Once in a while you are lucky enough to cross pathes with great people. The property owners have gone above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Great amenities, anything you could need is there, including fresh eggs from their chickens! I find myself already day dreaming of when I can visit again. If you are visiting the Port Angeles area, you need to enjoy this property! Life doesn't get much better than this stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lynn and Scott's cabin. They welcomed us with farm fresh eggs, freshly picked blueberries (delicious!) and a beautiful bottle of wine! Their home is so lovely and comfortable with all the amenities you could hope for and more. The view cannot be beat and we loved being greeted by the wildlife around the cabin including rabbits, chipmunks, and hummingbirds. We spent a day hiking in Olympic National Park and enjoyed dinner out in Port Angeles. Would recommend Lynn and Scott's cabin to everyone and we can't wait to plan our next trip!

It was a lovely setting and a fully equipped facility. Close to the Olympic National Park.

A spectacular view of the strait, harbor, and Canada! The cabin was well stocked with all the creature comforts one needs - the host even provided a bottle of wine and farm fresh eggs! The cabin is beautiful - secluded enough to feel away from town, but still close enough for a short drive to all the attractions (Olympic, Port Angeles, Lake Crescent, and many more). We were sad we had to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect. Our favorite part of the stay was waking up early, drinking coffee outside, and eating the fresh eggs provided by the host. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Such a beautiful setting to enjoy our stay. So close to the National Park and grocery stores, and restaurants. We loved the recommendations by the owners. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Absolutely beautiful! One of the prettiest places I’ve beheld with my eyes. I hope this is what heaven looks like!!! We definitely will come back.
5.0
The property and the view was amazing, in addition to amazing hosts.
The only downside was the road conditions to the property were very icy and required an AWD drive car with chains on all wheels to ascend during this time of the month, if not you would end up spinning out
Really amazing stay overall!! Definitely would come back but probably in the summer or spring.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing getaway. The cabin is stock with everything you need to make you feel at home. Very private property. One thing I would only say is to maybe add some blinds to the main entrance door since is a see through glass. Other than that is a wonder place to stay and explore Port Angeles.

We loved it! Cozy, modern, clean and a wonderful kitchenette for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal! :)

This cozy cabin is lovely and has everything we needed and more. It's in a quiet, peaceful area with a beautiful view. The owners made our stay memorable with special touches and amenities to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. You'll get an outdoorsy, rustic feel but are still only minutes away from plenty of restaurants, stores, and shopping. It's also not far from popular National Olympic Park areas like Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. A truly wonderful place to stay!

The trip was very close to the Hurricane Ridge entrance of Olympic National Park and we enjoyed hiking there!
5.0
This property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - nice kitchen, grill, and a spot to view the ocean below. The only small thing to note is that the bedroom is up some stairs and not connected to the bathroom. It is small and not enough room for a bedside table on both sides to put your glasses or phone on but not a deal breaker.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed cottage for two. We have a wonderfully relaxing time and hope to return next year.

10/10
We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked--the owner even left us fresh eggs from their chickens and a bottle of wine! A big highlight of our entire road trip in the PNW was enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset from the firepit (with the company of the owner's sweet dog Paddy). The grounds were stunning. If you went hunting for the best views in Port Angeles, you'd end up at this property. Amazing sunset where you can see the lights of Victoria, Canada from across the water. Not to mention we were visited multiple times by a doe and her calf. The property owners, Lynn and Scott, were incredibly kind and you can tell how much love and care they put into this property. We were amazed at how every aspect of this property has been thought of and taken to the next level (waterfall shower with body jets, comfortable bed with views of the harbor, flocks of hummingbirds flying about the windows due to the stick-on feeders, a detailed welcome book filled with recommendations, we could go on and on...) If you are ever in the Port Angeles area, don't miss an opportunity to experience this place!

Great spot
Clean, spacious, private, scenic, in the woods, 5-10 min drive to downtown port angeles and great jumping off point to enjoy Olympic NP. Enjoyed farm fresh eggs provided by the owner of the property as well as wine. The place has a washer and dryer too (which I don’t believe was in the listing, but was very convenient after hiking in the rain). Overall great stay.

Amazing Stay
We had the pleasure of staying on this amazing property. The house well kept, clean and had more toiletries than a hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishware you could need and fresh eggs yum! The couple also had an amazing dog Paddie who was very friendly and kept us company outside while we were enjoying the beautiful views and fire pit. The couple was very accommodating, had great communication and extremely friendly. 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend this amazing place to anyone wanting to get away.

Wonderful Stay!
This property was everything we could have asked for. We wanted a Port Angeles location for easy access to ONP for hiking. Very close to Hurricane Ridge and the surprisingly uncrowded delights of Peabody Creek and Heart of the Forest trails. Also easy access to Ruby Beach, Rialto and Hoh Rainforest at a bit more of a drive. The property is pristine, great amenities, unbelievable views across the strait to Victoria BC and the islands. Sooooo peaceful. Comfy bed, marvelous shower. I like to do our own cooking - the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need including cookware, spices, condiments, coffee maker, everything. We sat out and looked at the view forever. Hummingbirds, deer and the largest rabbit I've ever seen were visitors. We were given fresh eggs from the hens on the property, a nice bottle of wine and some delicious fresh plums from the orchard. Just a really peaceful place to be. Saturday night listened to the rain falling on the metal roof as we slept. This was just an enchanting stay, too short, will come back.

The property was immaculate. We had beautiful views from the firepit area. We had everything we could need in the kitchen. The owners even left us eggs from their chickens and plums from their trees!

Unmatched Views
I can not say enough good things about this property. The views are the best of any short term rental I have ever stayed, or any other house for that matter. On clear days, you can see the san juan islands as well as victoria canada. The ADU was outfitted with coffee, cooking essentials and everything you may need for a short stay. It is very convenient to Olympic National Park and Port Angeles eateries. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. The hosts are extremely hospitable and made our stay very comfortable.
