This little gem is in the perfect location in my opinion. It's within 1 mile of stores and restaurants and 2 miles to the village. It's very clean, and in a cute complex. We rented a golf cart from one of the other cottage owners, and visited the pier. The pool was good but very warm. the furniture and bedding was nice and comfy and the cottage is very roomy. Every person we encountered was nice and the check-in and out process was very easy. The owner was very informative and friendly and he checked in on us. there are good amenities and it's not far from the beach. You do not have private access, but we had friends on the beach side that did which was nice. We were offered early check-in so that was helpful as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tom!

The 1 bed / 1 bath cottage was fabulous. Everything you need for a beach vacation is provided. The community is a gem. Short walk to the beach, nice heated pool, and a pier on the inter coastal waterways. Everyone in the community are very friendly and helpful. We stayed the month of February and enjoyed every minute.

Great little cottage, more spacious than anticipated. Has everything you need. Grill with gas a plus. Sunrise from community dock well worth an early wake up. Walking distance to store and beach. Free trolley to the Village. Host very responsive and accomodating. Thank you.

We loved staying here! The communication was excellent. I had a couple questions and the host responded right away. The location was really good, a few places in walking distance but we also rented bikes for the week and everything is an easy bike ride. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.!

Very easy to communicate with Thomas before check in. Unit is very nice. Plenty of room for 2 people. With just 1 bathroom, I wouldn't want to have more people but as long as you understand the unit, it's fine. The development is a small community which backs to intracoastal and has a small public dock with chairs to watch the boats and birds go by. Otherwise, the property along the water is private. Siesta Key beach is across the street but access is about a mile to the north and a little less to the south. You can't walk thru the properties directly across the street for access. It is an easy walk and many people are on bike. the main entrance to the beach is to the north and before 10 am, there were plenty of parking spaces, if you want to drive.
Loved how close it was to Venice, Sarasota, St Armand's Circle, Ringling museum (must see).
We were there during the SWA meltdown and Thomas was able to let us check out late when we switched flights which was quite kind of him. Used the grill and was just getting the hang of the tiki hook and ring game when we left.
Traffic can be a bear as beachgoers leave since you are on an island with only 2 bridges but this is not unique to this unit but is an issue for everyone on the Key. Just mentioning because I like to have as much info as possible. Thank you for sharing your home. Loved the easy access to so much and the comfort of your home.

We had an amazing time, great neighborhood little cute villa very clean except in bedroom, was very upset on last day while stripping the bed for the cleaners and finding urine stains all over mattress and soiled underwear under bed. And bed was very very uncomfortable .

We had a fantastic stay. Restaurants, shopping, swimming, fishing and the beach are all within a mile. Places to rent kayaks, bikes, scooters, boats, etc. are all very close by, as well.. The neighborhood is so quiet, peaceful and we felt very safe. We walked to the pier almost every night (a quick 5 minute walk about 1/2 a block away) and caught a variety of fish. The dolphins even came right up to the pier. The house was immaculate. It really felt like home away from home, complete with almost every little appliance you could think of. (We liked using the Keurig so much, we bought one.) Everything was functional and/or comfortable beyond our expectations.

Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be back. Hopefully we'll be able to book a longer stay.

Great Beach Getaway
This property was a great home away from home while visiting the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key. This location is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. We were able to get to all the beaches and restaurants of Siesta Key with the many transportation options available. All necessary beach equipment is onsite and key to our enjoyment of the beach. The host is very hospitable, communicative, and responsive. Any issues with beach equipment? You can expect a Prime delivery for its replacement. All our needs were taken care of. Highly recommend.

Wonderful getaway!
This place is perfect for two! It couldn’t have been better! We love the location on the Key. We were within walking distance to restaurants, beach access, boat rental….etc. It’s great to be able to walk as there is quite a bit of traffic on Siesta Key. The house has an equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, a private outdoor patio (older furniture on it) but VERY functional! We used the grill as much as we could. There is a fish market near by that has great fresh seafood, also walkable. There is a small stack washer and dryer, pool toys, beach wagon and bag chairs. On top of it all, Tom was VERY attentive to any question we had! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Get away
This was a perfect spot for my husband, myself and 2 kids. The house was clean and in order. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need if we had chosen to cook. Even a grill out back but we didn’t use either. We did however use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available for beach use. Beds were comfortable and clean. TVs worked well.. Thomas was very friendly and awesome about speedy communication and making sure we had a great stay.. the house is in a super convenient location to several shops and restaurants. we really enjoyed captain Curts 10/10, Walts fish market was great. The Hub was good food but out of several items and Daqiquiri Deck on the north side of the island was disappointing . We drove to the beach everyday.. we learned that if you want a good spot on the beach or free parking on the weekend you get there early (9:30-10) . This may not be an issue in off seasons. It’s a very short drive to the beach. We had lots of things to carry so we did try the walking route. The community the house is located in is very nice as is the pool. Overall great experience. Loved This rental and Siesta and definitely plan on returning. Thanks again Thomas!
