Really enjoyed the 2 separate homespaces, simulated a dual airbnb on the same property perfectly!

Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to have the in-laws in the back in a separate garage house. The walk to the square was great as we were a simple 5 minute walk to great restaurants. We will stay here again.

The first day the neighbor decided he wanted to jack hammer his patio for a few hours. Um thanks. But after his renovation was done (before lunch), the stay was great. Nice Property: historic home but nicely updated in that quirky retro-modern way that works nicely. It has a nice little main house/guest house with small courtyard, that works nicely. Loved the location, property manager was responsive, it was a great mid-week getaway. Only downside was the beds are firm (with plush pillow tops), which is a bit hard for side sleeper (would be great for back/tummy sleepers). Couch was comfy. It could sleep 10 with the couches pulled out. I would totally rent this again.

The property was just lovely in the historic section of Prescott. We only ran into one issue when the code for the door did not work when we returned from breakfast. The issue was quickly resolved through VRBO customer service and the owner within about 15 minutes. Very cute charming property to rent within minutes of downtown

This is a charming house, very clean, roomy. We ran in to two issues. The beds were very high and I'm short. A step stool would help. I ended up on the pull-out couch which was very comfortable. Also we could not/did not use the guest house because the steps too it were too treacherous for us (we are older) to try. Overall our experience was very good.

Having both houses was perfect for two families. The main house had ample room for all of us to gather together, but then we could have our own space as a couple. The smaller house had plenty of amenities: microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, refrigerator, full bathroom, 1 bed + convertible couch and loft with a small mattress topper. (Could easily sleep 4 adults and a couple of children.) The property is within walking distance to the town center and all restaurants, shops and bars. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had a complete kitchen, with all utensils, dishes, etc. situated 2 blocks from the courthouse square, with shops, restaurants, and bars close by. Most importantly, we had a slight problem with the a/c unit in the guesthouse, and the owner instantly replied and resolved the problem.

Todd was a very responsive host and both houses on the property were very clean and tidy, which is not usually the case for historical homes. Also only a 5 min walk to all bars and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!!

We have stayed with Todd at the Rose House often and it is always a pleasure.

Main house and guest house suited our adult family group well. The 20somethings slept on the sofa beds and loft. Perfect location for easy walk to the square. Driveway parking was also nice and convenient. Great communication with manager. Would stay again.

This was the second time we have stayed here and nothing has changed, still a perfect location and home for me and my family! Todd, the host is great to work with and made sure everything was top notch. Kitchen and bedrooms are well stocked and the quiet neighborhood is just another plus. Great Weekend stay!

This house was perfect for our needs. My retired husband and I stayed in the main house and our adult son, wife, and two dogs stayed in the guest house. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the proximity to downtown for our dinners, or ice cream. We enjoyed the shaded patio and the fenced yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our time at this lovely little retreat close to the Prescott square. First time staying in the downtown area and really enjoyed the walks and access to the square. Fully stocked and comfy furnishings. Neighbors were all friendly and the Library nearby had a fun history timeline on the sidewalk. So much history to enjoy all around along with beautiful trees and most everything was in bloom!!
Very nice. Property manager was prompt when I had a question.
Hope to get to try this place again one day!

We had a lovely stay at the Rose House in Prescott which we rented for the graduation of our son from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The check in process was easy and we enjoyed the historic feel of the home and the modern amenities. The bedroom was comfortable and we had plenty of space for ourselves and entertaining family during the graduation weekend. It was nice having off-street parking and we walked quite a bit around historic downtown Prescott just two blocks away taking in the food and shops. Out adult daughter had the bonus cottage to herself and she reported that the bed was comfortable and the extra bathroom came in handy.

This is a great house! With the guest house attached! Clean, cute and a stones throw from the downtown square! The neighborhood is quiet which was great after long days at a soccer tournament! We would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this house to check out colleges with our kids. We stayed in the main house and let them stay in the guest house. We saw had a family of deer walk by the house while we were outside which was pretty cool. Very quiet family neighborhood, and visitor center is just a block away to find local activities. We stayed end of March and in 1 day we had all four seasons (sunny, rain, hail, snow). We loved the house, the area, and town.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful, clean and a great location. Todd was responsive as needed but everything was perfect and we will stay here again. The casita in the back allowed for separation of kids and adults but the fire pit brought everyone together and created great memories.

The house was adorable, nice that we could have a pet there. Easy to check in, easy to check out too. We didn't have a long list of to do's which is so nice, stress free. Will stay again, my daughter loved her lil casita too!

The property was perfect. Having two buildings on the property was perfect for everyone to have their own space. Loved the access to the library and the center of town. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

2nd year we stayed and we really enjoy the home and location. We've already rebook for next year same time. I hoping to continue to make this our family Christmas meeting place. Our son Timothy first found this place and we have loved it since.

This home was directly across from the library which is fun to walk through. Be sure to take the stairs to the other floors and enjoy the artwork along the way! While in the library, we picked up a couple of puzzles to complete while we relaxed at the property. Our adult daughter loved having the guest house all to herself since she sleeps later than us. Great house!

This was the third year we have stayed here. The location is perfect, only a couple of blocks from Courthouse Square. House and Carriage house was the perfect layout for us, and there is a large dining room table for family meals or game nights. Check-in is easy. The communication has always been great with Todd, he always checks in to make sure everything is OK. Super comfortable, I always have had a great stay here.

This was the second time we have stayed at Rose House. Great location. Well appointed. Two blocks east of the square. Having a main house and carriage house is wonderful. We had a great time. A few suggestions:
holiday decor, how to use the tv, and an earlier check-in time.
You will enjoy your stay at the Rose House.

Clean, comfortable and great location.

The location was good and close to the historical district. The homes provided comfortable beds,
cleanliness, plenty of towels and good temperature control. The one thing that could use improvement is maybe some curtains or blinds in the kitchen to provide some privacy, especially at night.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay, next time it'll need to be longer. She stayed in the studio guest house while I stayed in the main house with my dog. Everything was clean and felt like a home away from home. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to the courthouse and our favorite restaurants. I'll definitely plan on staying there again for my next trip to Prescott.

This property is just blocks for the square in Prescott and Whiskey Row. Our trip was in mid October so we were able to enjoy the fall leaves and eat in some of Prescott’s great restaurants. Very comfortable accommodations and pet friendly.

I loved the location. I was able to walk back and forth to downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott at this property. Everything we needed was there for us and communication with Todd was excellent. My husband and I stayed in the main house and my sister-in-law traveled with us and she stayed in the "guest house" across the way. She enjoyed having her own space (bedroom/bathroom/kitchenette/living area). Just a couple things as suggestions to offer - there was no paper or pen(s) available and of course none of us brought any along. The tv in the living room gave us some issues, my husband was really the only one who watched it and said the connection "at times" was lost and when he restarted it then the show he was watching started back to the beginning. We did not even turn the other tv on in the bedroom area. The only other item was the area between the house and guest house since my sister-in-law has balance issues it was hard for her to walk up and into the area as there are no railings. Other than that great place to stay, my husband and I took a walk downtown everyday - just a block away.

We had a great time at the property. It was close enough to walk everywhere and the guest house was nice to allow us to spread out. Since the weather was nice, it was also great having the outdoor space in between to sit outside and enjoy it. Overall, it was a great propert and we recommend!
