DO NOT recommend any room under Sonder at this building…took 2hrs to check in- we paid all on VRBO and when we arrived Sonder said we needed to pay additional for parking- even though listing said all was included in app, you had to get a code just to get key out of lock box, there was no code sent- so 2 hrs later after and 3 phone calls to a call center, even get to the room, once to the room took us another 15 min. for the door to register code and fob…, they only provided one fob for door so our group could not split up, only one key, it took over 15 minutes for they fob to open the door each time- nightmare.. once in the room it looked completely different then what we paid for…no locks on the bathroom doors work, The room was not cleaned well, mold and brown goop was all around toilet and toilet brush, balcony in room barely fits 2 small people on it- definitely not what you see in the picture, when we called they said all pictures are only "illustrations", not exactly what you will get for a room they are only “suggestive”, no bathroom fans, refrigerator has a huge dent in it. If you do not have a streaming service you cannot watch TV, there is no cable you have to connect your phone to watch the TV. There is no Cart to bring all your luggage to the 6th floor, the elevators were broken, on and on… save your time- book somewhere else

Great everything but would like a tv that is easy - we had to download chromcast and use our own provider. Would like another chair for comfort sitting - we had four adults yet there’s only two chairs to sit at the bar and the couch seats three and one sitting chair which isn’t really comfortable for four so another sitting chair would be nice. Or a dining room table of some sort. Showers would be nice if they had some sort of shelf or anything to put your shampoo and soaps. But otherwise the property was great. We enjoyed the amenities, we enjoyed the location.

This was the worst VRBO stay we have ever had. We arrived to an apartment that contained two broken chairs, a broken lamp, no blankets on one bed, missing entry key fobs, and the smell of cannabis so thick our children were uncomfortable in the room. The sofa was made of cardboard, the sheets created a nice exfoliation of the skin, and the floors turned our socks black the first two days. Really, it couldn't get worse.

Overall clean but needs shower faucet updating and repairs. Neighbor next door (6008) apparently keeps music blaring with balcony door open and had some type of argument or domestic starting 10pm ending around 5am making it impossible to sleep.

The place was great stay for the weekend. The location was very close to everything that we needed. There were some minor things that needed to be taken care such as dents in the refrigerator and stains/splotches on the window coverings. Overall, the size of the place and amenties were great

Sonder's parking instructions said park anywhere on the 3rd level. My car got towed despite having a parking pass. SHould be reimbursed for this.

Location was good and safety was good. The TV access process is unacceptable. I could not achieve TV service until five days into my visit. Even then access was very limited. Access to management is also unacceptable. I could not get real resolution. I tried to call the number and no Connection could be achieved. I texted frequently over the five days and did not receive commitments that were fulfilled. If something major, like losing, my fob had occurred, I would’ve been in a dire situation. For that reason, I would be reluctant to re-rent, unless clear communication with management what’s available.

This was my first experience renting a property by Sonder. When I had to communicate with them regarding the heat in the apartment, they replied quickly. The check in and out procedure was seamless. The building had great parking (I paid extra for it.) I felt safe staying there. We utilized the workout facility which was excellent and played Foosball in the lounge area. The location was perfect for us because our son only lived a few miles away and there were many restaurants we visited within a block (Thai Basil and Loving Hut.) We hiked the "A" hike which also was within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean with comfortable beds. We loved the fact our daughter could have her own privacy with a separate bedroom with bathroom attached. The icing on the cake was the Whole Foods store located directly below on the ground floor. If this apartment were our permanent residence, we would be in trouble because we would probably be in the Whole Foods more than we'd like! The kitchen in the apartment had everything we needed to make meals. It was also nice to be able to do laundry in the apartment before we left. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

It is a very spacious two-bedroom , two bathroom, and the building amenities are very nice. The location of Tempe is nice with restaurants and AMC theatre within walking distance, but there is a firehall right beside and the blinds don't block much of the city lights. Also the front photo is not accurate, there's no patio furniture on the balcony. This unit is street-facing, I think the units facing the courtyard would be quieter. You get two access fobs but only one parking spot for the two-bedroom FYI.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this property on business trips to Phoenix. Primary things that keep me coming back are the amenities and location. It sits on top of a Whole Foods which is super convenient. It’s literally 8 minutes from the airport and centrally located for just about everything but north Phoenix. The property has one of the best gyms I’ve found in a VRBO. They have a nice pool and hangout area, but I never have time use them unfortunately. There’s also a really nice common area to get work done. The condo itself is spacious and has a nice setup. My only complaints are minor: some of the furniture is getting a little worn, but not a major deal. They have no full blackout shades or curtains in any of the units which is tough considering your’e in Phoenix and the sun (and even the moon) are crazy bright. And there are no overhead lights in the living room or bedrooms, only lamps. But these things haven’t deterred me from staying there. Overall a really nice property.

I stayed with my sister and daughter and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfy, and we loved the location, especially the proximity to Whole Foods. The pool was too cold to swim in during our March stay, but the hot tub was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this property.
