The location was perfect for us, the views of the surrounding area were lovely.

Great location

We have stayed at the apartments twice before, however our room this time had a motor from I assume industrial air con system continually running which became annoying. Toaster was unable to be used as it kept throwing the power off and washing machine also wouldn’t work. Most disappointed as out previous rooms have been great

Beautiful and spacious apartment

Modern and very spacious! I also liked that it’s relatively central Will absolutely be rebooking next time we need to visit Toowoomba (will just bring my own pillows!)

Pillows were way too high for me and I had a very stiff neck in the morning.

Will stay again, good value for money and newish apartments.

Location, general cleanliness, new mish apartments, quiet location,, requested a certain room and received it..

No blockout blinds, shower pressure-hotness and bed fairly hard.

Clean safe environment with very good beds.

Good security and carpark big enough. Lift was excellent and rooms were very good. Enough good quality linen and towels. Very spacious lounge area and kitchen well equipped and set out. Great to find an iron and ironing board!

Would have liked an information letter to let us know what local facilities were close by.

Great views, handy and comfortable.

We were very impressed with the apartment and its facilities. The views were great, we had a full size fridge and spacious lounge kitchen area.

Unfortunately a few things let the overall experience down, the western sun made the apartment very hot in the afternoon and it was only 30 degrees, even with the blinds down and the air conditioner on. The ducted air was not working well, though when advised they had someone out immediately to fix, but air conditioner still did not cool the bedrooms sufficiently to suit us. We were given the option to change rooms, but decided that as we got back from dinner rather late, we wouldn't. The beds and pillows were a bit on the uncomfortable side and the general cleanliness of the apartment needs revising. Both hand basins had large, possibly water stains, which we managed to remove, the shower floor also had stains and there was marks on the floors, all of these, a good clean would remove. The shower screens also needed a clean. From what we experienced, the cleaners seem to spend a fair amount of time cleaning the rooms, I'm just not sure what they are actually cleaning.

Pleasant with some unexpected exercise :)

Location was good but would recommend that you need a vehicle to get around. Lock up garage is good. Apartment was clean and facilities good.

Lift was not working on one of the days which was not pleasant. If you have trouble with stairs this would be a problem, especially on the higher floors

I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Great location with a fabulous coffee shop down stairs. The apartments were spacious. and clean.

I booked for 3 adults and should have specified for two single beds in one of the rooms. Luckily we know each other well.

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Toowoomba.

The location was excellent, the apartment was very clean and had everything you’d need. The undercover parking was great and secure.

The beds were double not queen.

Very uncomfortable lounge seating. Tv’s only have free to air channels. Main bedroom small bed and no spare pillows. Dirty air conditioner vents.

Delightful, spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet!

Spacious apartment, everything clean, fresh, and well maintained. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. We loved the decor, comfortable couch and beds. Even though the apartments are situated on a main road, the sound proofing works perfectly. We had a peaceful night and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay! Our only difficulty was finding our way in. There is no reception, and the entry was a little bit hard to see. We rang the phone number for Inspire, and then a friendly person patiently gave us the codes required to enter the foyer and get our swipe key. After that our stay was straight forward and a real pleasure.

Lovely Apartment, just needs a good clean!

Nice, spacious and modern apartment with great facilities especially having the Cafe's downstairs. Close to town which was great during the Flower Festival.

The only problem was the cleanliness, specifically needing a really good dusting/wipe down. The apartment was VERY dusty, which shows in the pictures. Other than that we have a lovely stay.

Disgusting and grubby place

Location was good, parking was secure

Cleanliness was a huge issue, hair on bed from previous guest, used condom behind the toilet, food left on cutlery and crockery so not washed properly, hair all through the spare blankets which clearly weren’t laundered between guests, dirt and dust everywhere and the list goes on. Not to mention cockroaches around the apartment It’s not ok to just focus on styling a place and thinking that’s all that’s required

Very nice modern apartment. Good location easy to get to and great parking

The cleaners have let this unit down! The ensuite shower screen was filthy and the fluff around the edge of the carpets are disgusting. Also in the main bathroom there is something spilt on the floor that would only require a bit of elbow grease to remove.

Refreshingly lovely and convenient space to stay in.

Location is 3 minute drive for centre if Toowoomba and so easy to get to, as well as in and out of property. Beautiful sense of spaciousness created with lots of natural light in living areas.

Table on verandah with chairs would make this area perfect. It was a lovely relief to enter such a lovely, cared for space. Was very happy with the whole exeperimce. Thank you.
