Welcome to this beautiful getaway that is a Five bedroom, Five bath (4 King Size Bedrooms w/Baths), 4000 square foot, luxury home (DCCA #001856). Tucked away on a quiet lane just off of circle 3 in the Sunriver resort area with all that it has to offer! This ideal location is close to many of the amenities that Sunriver has to offer, the Sunriver Village (1 Mile), SHARC (1 Mile), Fort Rock Park (1 Miles), Nature Center & Observatory (0.5 Miles), and Golf courses. The 33 miles of bike/walking trails are easily accessible to Cardinal Bridge, the Deschutes River, and thousands of acres of National Forest. These are all within walking distance of the house as the walking/biking path connects directly at the end of the lane. In the winter the house is close to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding and in the summer for mountain biking.

You will find that this house is the perfect place to bring people and share memories. Our guests come back year after year to enjoy the house and the area. It really is wonderful in every season. Enjoy the back yard, bar-b-que, relax or sunbathe after biking, hiking, or swimming. Golfers love to play the courses in and around Sunriver. SHARC recreation facility is located at circle 2 and is a bike ride or easy walk away.

Large open concept with views from the kitchen to living room. There are 4 master bedrooms on the main floor with a huge 5th bedroom/bonus room upstairs with a separate bathroom.

Kitchen accommodates for a large group with high end appliances with a rustic cooking feel. Center island with eat in bar that seats 4. Dining room table can seat up to 10 people. Large 4 burner gas stove with center flat top with built in microwave.

5th Bedroom/Bonus room is a great space to hang out with a pool table and sofas to relax and watch TV. The space contains 2 sets of twin size beds and the sofas pulls out to a bed as well.

Living room is the main entertaining space to gather. Open to the dining room and kitchen. Its furnished with 2 large sofas, 2 Chairs (1 reclining) and ottoman. It includes a gas fireplace and flat screen tv to sit down and watch the game or enjoy a good movie with family or friends.

The house is equipped with 2 Graco Pack 'n Play cribs, 1 Keekaroo Peanut Changer, 1 high chair, kids plates, bowls, cups, and sippy cups.

High Speed Internet to accommodate large groups.

Large backyard with grass. Enjoy the large stone patio with patio furniture for outdoor dining and lounging off of the dining room with access from two of the bedrooms. Large natural gas BBQ and large hot tub that can fit up to 8 people.

The house comes with a pool table upstairs, ping pong table in the garage, along with 12 bikes (5 adult men, 5 adult ladies, 2 kids) and a single bob stroller. The house comes with 12 SHARC passes!!

Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home for security purposes. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other rules/ policies noted. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas, that includes no cameras monitoring the back yard and hot tub area. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. There are a total of 8 cameras monitoring the exterior of the house include the front door, front yard/ garage areas, both side of the house, and garage back door/garbage area.

Everything you could possibly need. Two toasters, two waffle makers, more than just condiments. Great home. Slept our 10 easily. Upstairs fan did not work. But air conditioning did. Thank you for a wonderful home.

We enjoyed this house. It was able to accommodate our family very well. The upstairs just needed one more bunk set or futon. The kids learned some negotiation skills! This was our 1st time at this house but 16th time coming Sunriver. We loved the grass and easy ride to the village, shark and the food carts!

This house was perfect. For 6 adults and 7 kids (aged 2-13), the accommodations were perfect, everyone had their own space. The house had everything we needed, including infant high chair and crib, as well as every utensil under the sun. The hot tub was well cared for and the 12 SHARC passes were awesome to have. We will definitely be returning here.

This house was perfect for my group of four dads and kids. It is one of the more nicely-finished homes I have stayed at in Sunriver, everything was just as nice as shown in the photos. The bunk room was great for our group of kids to sleep and hang out in. Seth was very responsive as a host. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay over MLK. The house was absolutely stunning. We were snowed in Saturday and enjoyed the neighborhood and the homes amenities. Half of our group didn’t make it due to the storm so we had tons of room. We were happy to have the heated garage for ping pong and the game room with the pool table. Very enjoyable staying in this high end home with quality finishings.

This was one of the best appointed, cleanest, and spacious we have stayed in. Communication with the property manager was amazing. Seth responded to any question immediately. We had a group of 13 and everyone found something to do from playing pool, riding the bikes, and lounging in one of the many seating areas. We will definitely stay here again when we stay in Sunriver.

Quelah Lane and in particular this Sunriver home is a great place to stay with a large group with children. We had all the amenities that we needed and we enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and the hot tub. The bikes provided by the property owner suited most riders very well. Our host, Seth was outstanding and always very responsive.

Our family met at Sunriver for a week's stay. This home is was a perfect fit for our family needs. The home is beautifully decorated, had every kitchen gadget that we needed for a week of family cooking and was delightful to stay in. We all agreed that we would be happy to come back and stay at this lovely home. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here!

This house was more than we thought it could be. It was very well supplied with every large and small appliance we could ever need. And well supplied for 11 people! The furnishings are lovely and beautiful rustic/cabin like decor. Lots of bikes for every age with locks and helmets included. The best house we ever rented!! We want to come back.

Met my coworkers for a girls weekend in Sunriver. I’ve been coming to Sunriver for 20+ years and this is my favorite property that I’ve stayed at. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect and only a 20 minute walk to the Village Mall. Will definitely be booking again when we return.

Not to let the word get out too loudly, but this property is something special. Arguably the best overall property in Sunriver. The configuration/layout of the house flows very well, the backyard is ideal, location is close to just about everything. Plenty of bikes, ping pong in the garage, multiple refrigerators, comfortable beds and furniture,.and the list goes on and on.... I better reach out to book next year's reservation before you all read this review.

We absolutely loved everything about the beautiful home. The property was so clean and fresh. The communication with Seth was great. We came to Central Oregon with 3 families & stayed in this home. We had a fabulous time! There was plenty of room to spread out and the kids had fun playing pool and ping pong. Saturday was cold but sunny so all the adults and kids went for a bike ride to the village. We had a great, relaxing weekend and definitely want to come back to this house again!

Nothing but the best at this house. They even set up a Christmas tree for our early family christmas. We all enjoyed our stay here. Seth was super easy to get in touch with for whatever reason. Kitchen had everything needed. Location was close to everything in the village and series of paths. We’ll be back again that’s for sure!!
