About this house rental
All modern conveniences are provided, WiFi internet access, dishwasher, split system air conditioning to the lounge room and ceiling fans to the lounge room and the four bedrooms. With vinyl floors throughout, 3 wall mounted TV's, ensuite to main bedroom and beautiful large bathtub in the main bathroom, own laundry with washer and dryer along with the fantastic cool shaded outdoor undercover area with gas BBQ for relaxing in the afternoons.
There is room in the front yard to park one car or a medium sized boat off the street and plenty of on street parking on the side street. No access to the garage.
With linen and towels supplied and beds made what more could you ask for to create your special family holiday.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops in the centre of town, including great cafes and restaurants, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.
You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.
