mitarbeiter nett, sowie freundlich hotel an sich schaut schön aus

dreckig, heruntergekommenes hotel, dusche komplett verkalkt, föhn hat nicht funktioniert

Sale même après leur passage, froid, chauffage demi défectueux ne fonctionnait pas la première nuit à bien fonctionné par la suite, jusqu’à ce que les Fusibles sautent…..

Hotel was well designed.

It wasnt clean at all. At the room lots of hairs and napkins around. The bathroom was not clean. And the breakfast was dissapointment. Plus while payment they say 35 euros but they took from card 39 euros.

Dirty! Unfortunately they do not earn the four stars.

Closer to the airport, looks nice from the outside

Everything was dirty! Even our linen were filled with spots, there was dirt and soil on the floor when we came in. Our bathroom was also very dirty, it had old poo on the edge of the toilet brush, some weird slimy stains on the walls and smelled very strongly of mold.

If you want to stay at a pleasant hotel do not choose White Crown Hotel. Dirty, smelly and loud place. Avoid!

No private parking, closed restaurant, people smoking cigarettes inside, bar on the upper floor - very loud during the night, horrible food for breakfast, very dirty room (case pillows, armchairs, window, balcony, rug) and disgusting bathroom

Very good

Good location. Not too far from the airport and Tirana City center (by car). Has a few restaurant and grocery shop nearby. The hotel is also a bar cafe but they have a thick door to separate the rooms area so it doesn't get too noisy. One of the staff is very friendly, smiley and helpful.

Breakfast could be improved a bit.

The personnel, very kind and helpful. Good cocktail bar in the evening with nice music.

I will take away the runner from the bed and pay more attention to the sheet, It was clean but wet.

great price and great rooms, need just more silence at the night time

the place was really beautiful and staff was nice. nothing bad about the place etc

in the night time ( i think it was the staff) were laughing and talking really loud and we really couldnt sleep well. we also had 2 small children with us that woke up to the talking and laughter.

comfortable

only 15 minutes from airport £16 euro taxi (2000lek), food was fresh, all staff kind and always smiling, bar cafe had a good selection of drinks with a mix of Albanian and UK music, great views of the local area.

room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, shower good pressure. When I visit again I would rebook here.

Passable

We made reservation for suit room to stay altogether with my 2 small kids and wife. But when we arrived to the hotel we have been informed that they had a problem about their booking system and they will be able to give us 2 seperated rooms. Thats why we had to stay seperately. I got my daughter and my wife got our son and we stayed in seperate rooms. That was not professional for a hotel.

The jacuzzi 3as massive an dthe beds were comfy.

It seemed almost like a brothel....we.didnt like the feel.of the place...the elevator would not work one day and the door was closed and we could not get to our room....the general feel.of the place was strange....we didn't enjoy it...though the jacuzzi was fantastic and the room big..the manager was a strange guy who seemed only interested in us leaving him.a good review...he had very little.interest in the guests and the breakfast was abysmally poor..
