Location was ok- With the group we had despite how close it was, being downhill/uphill to/from the beach didn’t work. We enjoyed the side yard with the fire pit and the living room/kitchen areas being an open concept.
The house was disgusting and it was impossible to contact anyone to discuss it, despite emailing and calling.. we were even told we would get a call back and never did. Moldy shower curtain, hair on the shower walls, sand everywhere, sticky floors, a pill and broken plastic in an obvious area, a repulsive cleaning rag shoved in a bathroom drawer, chocolate like substance on the couch cover with numerous stains (I have a child with many allergies so that was scary), dirty table top, broken couches… the list goes on and on. Most of those things were noticed within the first few hours of being there. We stayed for 3 nights and I swear each day we would stumble upon more issues. It was like the home hadn’t been truly cleaned in a very long time other than the big items like beds made and couch cushions put away. It was disgusting and we couldn’t wait to leave.

The house was set up super cute, very clean and a good safe location for late night walking.
This rental has zero ac. Near the ocean…. We roasted Friday night as it was almost 90 in here so on Saturday we purchased 2 air conditioners to get by. It doesn’t coast a whole lot of money to put an ac or two in the house. Also because it was so hot and the fridge was older it wasn’t staying cool
