Excelente hostel para gente que viaja sola

En frente -literalmente cruzando la calle- de la preciosa playa del Lago Gutiérrez, una inmejorable ubicación a tan sólo 30 minutos en colectivo al centro de Bariloche y a pasos de senderos maravillosos. Increíble desayuno, completísimo y abundante con una infusión, tostadas, queso crema, dulce casero, huevos revueltos y granola con yogurt y frutas. Muy hermoso todo el hostel y lxs voluntarixs súper amables y consideradxs. Sin duda lo recomiendo para quienes busquen la belleza de Bariloche con sus lagos, bosques y montañas pero lejos del ruido del centro.

Respetar mejor los horarios de silencio por las noches.

Excelente todo menos los voluntarios.

Limpieza: 10 puntos. Instalaciones: 9 (todo muy lindo y comodo), camas con cortina. Desayuno: 10 (el mejor y mas completo de todos los hostels que estuve). Ubicación: 10 (si te gusta estar alejado del centro de Bariloche es ideal).

Voluntarios: son como 7/8 personas (equivalente a la cantidad de huéspedes casi). Están todo el tiempo en el Hostel en los espacios comunes utilizando la cocina, living, etc. Estaba trabajando y no tenia lugar para estar tranquila. Se te ponen a cantar y gritar al lado tuyo sin importar nada. Es como si vos (como huésped) los estuvieses invadiendo. Es incomodo. Wifi no llega al quincho (unico lugar tranquilo para poder trabajar).

Niet echt iets.

Een groot deel van het personeel probeert geen Engels te spreken, ze lijken ongeïnteresseerd in de reizigers. Het ontbijt wordt chagrijnig geserveerd. De badkamer kan niet op slot en de badkamers zijn vies. Er is tot laat in de avond muziek. De locatie is echt té ver van het centrum, dit had ik wel kunnen weten, maar het is een waarschuwing voor anderen. Verblijf hier als je een auto hebt, anders niet. Vond het veel te duur voor wat het waard was.

Super recomendado!

El hostel es hermoso y esta en una ubicación muy linda rodeada de naturaleza y frente a un lago, es fácil de llegar desde el centro con el transporte publico que pasa por ahí cada 20 minutos. Lo recomiendo!

La ubicación frente al Lago Gutiérrez. Había kayak disponible.

Desayuno completo pero el yogur tenía textura extraña. Nos faltaron algunos alimentos de la heladera que estaban etiquetados.

Fui INDOMIZADO

Es espectacular la vibra que hay en esa casa, las noches de fogón, por más que no seas de guitarra y fogones esa vibra no puede no gustarle a nadie, un éxito se lugar buenísimo el desayuno, y los voluntarios genios, había una chica que cantaba como angel y el crack de los cracks Shago hicieron que sea una buena estadía, vuelvo el año próximo.

Fue como sentirme en casa

El hostel es muy lindo y esta bien ubicado, tenes supermercado y bares cerca, pero esta alejado del centro lo cual lo hace mas tranquilo. Ademas, todas las camas en las habitaciones compartidas tienen cortina, 2 enchufes y lampara propia + un cajon enorme correspondiente a cada cama. La zona comun es muy linda y espaciosa. El desayuno es super completo y los voluntarios son lo mas. Muy contenta con mi estadía y hasta se organizan eventos de jam muy lindos.

Hostel diferenciado em área calma de Bariloche

Hostel diferenciado, localização em frente ao Lago Gutierrez em área super tranquila, excelente café da manhã com ovos, Iogurte com cereais e frutas, suco e café.

Só o preço que é mais caro, mas por suas razões.

The ppl how where working at the time of my stay made the place! Someone even made me a Bday cake on my Bday and we all celebrated together, such a warm hospitality!!

Close to Cerro Catedral, delicious dinner and pretty good breakfast.

A bit out of the way of things if you don’t have a car, remis was at times very busy or not available.

Great staff, cozy place, good food.

Great atmosphere, really feels like a family.

Beds were clumsy, the slightest movement would make squeak noises. Not recommended for light sleepers.

The location is very lovely, right next to a lake. Very relaxing place to spend a few nights. Big yard and nice dinners and activities (eg. yoga) organised by the staff/ volunteers. Privacy curtains on beds.

The sheer number of volunteers made it seem like you were a guest in their house and it was at times difficult to find room to cook/hang out. Some volunteers were super nice and some... weren't. The vegan breakfast was nice but the volunteers/staff only remembered to make half the time which was a bit frustrating.

The best sleep I had in Argentina in a lovely hostel by the lake

The property is great, the dorms are super clean and modern. I have a lot of love for this hostel. I had the best nights sleep here so far in my trip in Argentina. A big plus is that they have a kayak to use on site in the lake. This is well worth doing but you must go with someone for safety reasons. A yoga class, homemade vegan cakes, pizza oven pizzas (with an additional cost) are some of the activities which took place during my stay. They also cater for vegan breakfasts too. The lake beach is across the road (literally) and truly stunning. There are two dogs which come into the hostel and are super friendly. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

The ratio of guests to volunteers seemed unbalanced which created cliques in the social scene and more crowded in the social spaces than what it needed to be. I would recommend reducing the volunteer / friends of the owner number of people.

Nice location directly at the Guiterrez lake, beautiful big garden around the hostel. Very nice staff and owner!

Bathroom was very dirty and tiny for 6 people. Please put some oil in the frame joint of the bathroom door - if somebody uses the toilet at night, the door makes a horrible loud noise. The sponge for cleaning the dishes saw better times before ;-)

Do yourself a favor: Spend more days here than in Bariloche

People (hosts and guest) in this hostel are on another level. I checked in late with the kind and beautiful Pau and then went for dinner in Bariloche since the hostel is located quite far away from everything. Advice: You definitely need a car if you want to be as free as possible! Anyway, came back at 1am and people were just hanging in the kitchen, enjoying themselves, creating pearl necklaces under the scrutiny and supervision of Tuti “Fruti”. And finally the great Yago (read “Shaggu”), DJ, solo wine drinker and best mate maker so far in Argentina. You, young people, have been some great encounters. I was glad to spend some time surrounded by just great vibes.

I should have arrived here earlier on!

Superb

Amazing location by the lake and the mountains. The rooms are nice and have good heating. The main building has a big kitchen and common area. Nice staff.

Conveniently-located hostel offering a cozy environment and great breakfast

It's a good hostel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rama and the girls that volunteer at the hotel are wonderful. Breakfast is delicious. The hostel is located very near to the entrance to a hiking trail, very convenient. The common areas of the hostel are cozy to wind down after a long day out.

I had booked a room for myself but was given a bed in a 6-bed room, although I was not overcharged. The reason I book rooms for myself is because I can't sleep if people are snoring loudly in the same room, which is exactly what happened. The bathroom doors didn't have locks or keys to lock the doors, which I mentioned to one of the staff, but no action was taken.

Best hostel on the planet

Indomito, where will I find place on earth like you? You were my home for almost 3 weeks and what a 3 weeks this were. On arrival at 10pm Gustavo welcomed me with most delicious Empanadas and cold beer, something that I needed after 24h on the bus from El Chalten. There was a lot of good vibe in the living room. About 10 people chilling on the sofas in one corner with a glass of wine, massive fireplace in the middle of the room and dining table in the other corner. This is more like a private house then hostel. Beautiful and clean. Great, big kitchen in the far end on this floor with all the facilities you would ever need. Later I check into my bedroom. 6 people dorm beds. Big, comfortable, with curtains for privacy. Clean bathroom in the corner. Next day morning I realise how big and beautiful is this place. Big garden in front so you can enjoy your coffee or mate on freshly cut grass, or do some yoga if you like. There is ping-pong table in the BBQ room, that sometimes becomes dining table for big parties. BBQ is the biggest I have ever seen. Ofcourse you can use the facilities at any time you want. I have met Ramiro on day number 2. He is a manager here in the hostel. Him and Gustavo are the most helpful people in Argentina, most generous too. After e weeks we became friends. To keep it short, if you are reading this just book this place. Trust me, you will not regret it. Instead you will extend your stay. Have fun
