great place

excellent park area, clean and comfortable. night swimming in the thermal lake until 23:00 deserves separate aviation, it's very cool. friendly staff. If you are with a baby, the apartments are what you need.

outdated room stock (apartments), but this is not a problem if the trip is short-term. considering the cost of housing, an extra charge of 5 euros for a sunbed, does not look very good. I also want to note an important point, in the thermal lake in the children's area there is very sharp gravel at the bottom, my wife and I cut our toes.

L'intero parco, l'ambiente naturale e i laghetti sono incantevoli. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, l'abbondanza di posti all'ombra, la temperatura dell'acqua, l'ampia disponibilità di servizi (bar, bagni, spogliatoi, ecc.) Anche l'alloggio in residenza ci è piaciuto molto.

Secondo noi, considerati i prezzi degli alloggi, il costo dei lettini dovrebbe essere incluso. Pagarli a parte come extra è scomodo e delude un po'.

Un we veramente splendido.

Parco bellissimo e confort spettacolare con i laghetti termali. Grandiosa la vasca di acqua termale con idromassaggio in camera. posizione della camera meravigliosa. Personale preparato e attento.

1) per gli ospiti delle residenze i lettini potrebbero essere benissimo inclusi, e non a pagamento come lo sono ora. 2) I servizi igienici sono pochi e spesso lontani dalle strutture utilizzate dalla maggior parte del pubblico e, con il grande affollamento che spesso c'è, non è improbabile che la maggior parte della gente usi i laghetti per i propri bisogni. l 3) l'assenza della prima colazione

A little pricey, bathrobes were not provided, breakfast was provided in the room and was very basic.

Good place to experience thermal pools.

Room was good size and the Jacuzzi with thermal water was the highlight of the room. It was very close to the thermal lakes so amazing place to be. Plenty of food options near by. Overall good place to stay.

Room was second floor so had difficulty with heavy bags as no lift. Beds were not the comfiest.

Shower was inside of the jacuzzi, no door between jacuzzi and toilet, were asked several times for the toilet paper, jacuzzi & shower were inside of the floor, not practical and safety to use

When you book, be aware that there is a 4* hotel and residences on the premises, which are not the same thing. For us it was not clear at the booking process. We stayed in a residence. Our unit was spacious with a kitchenette/living room and a bedroom with a bathroom on the next floor. Cleaning and drinks were provided every day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! But the most amazing thing are the termal ponds and the park. It felt lovely in hot weather and we would be happy to explore it in winter. Within walking distance there are a few restaurants and a bar.

- no proper shower, it was inside a steepy jacuzzi and sprayed all over the room. Felt very unsafe and disturbing to use it. Cannot imagine bringing older family members to such a bathroom, though they would enjoy the termal water. - cleanliness was not top. There were hairs in the jacuzzi and dust on surfaces. - would be nice to have towels/robes and.sun beds for the guests. - spa area can be accessed only once per stay and an appointment is needed. - kitchen could be equipped better. Salt, pepper would be nice to have

We booked this hotel solely for the hot tub, and it definitely met expectations. The only bummer is that you cannot use the jets past 10:30-11 PM. The staff was very friendly, and our room was very clean. They also offered free parking, which is rare in Italy.

The check-in process took way too long. We stood around for over 30 minutes. The rooms were nothing too fancy, and the bathroom was very small. I think they could make some improvements to make the rooms feel a little more luxurious (especially for what they charge per night).

Paradise in 1,5 hour from Milan:)

Amazing quite place for relaxe! Beautiful park, wonderfull lakes with termal water in the green forest with singing birds. Very kind staff! Clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic jaccuzi. Cute and so nice and tasty restaurant Moscardo. It was really enjoyable stay!

It was a nice surprise. Big room in a beautiful place. The Parco Termale is amazing.

The staff was very nice, with the exception of the lady at the front desk at the spa. She was rude and could be much more helpul.

Pools and breakfast

The welcome and the facilities in the apartment!!!very old and No door in the In the bath. And spiders are really disappointing. In addition, instead of compensation, they asked us to add another 530 euros to move to hotel rooms. No services and really not acceptable !!!
