The room and everything is nice, but it’s just so noisy early in the morning.

I like the design and over all look of the room.

It was Noisy early in the morning. At 5 am I can head people being so load or when other room turn on their shower.

Bad

No breakfast stuff everywhere and the price was way too high for this. I could get something with breakfast for that price. People telling me there’s bed bugs. I had to pay more to come in early. And how tore up it was.

Horrible experience, and Booking.com representatives made it worse by lacking empathy.

DO NOT stay at this motel… it is absolutely atrocious!! They have bugs crawling around everywhere, it smells like cigarettes throughout the entire building, and they legit have room without windows open to the outside… add to this when I reached out to Booking.com with photos of the roaches that were in the bathroom I was met with the response “we are only a third party that supports what the hotel wants to do…” all around horrible on the part of booking.com as well as this terrible hotel… DONT STAY HERE

Felt like a room that would be charged by the hour

The location was really the only good thing about it, but the staff wasn't bad.

We got there after 10pm and we still had to wait for them to finish prepping the room for us. There were clumps of dust in the corners of the ceiling, holes in each of the walls, and the deadbolt on the door had nothing to lock into on the frame (but there was on old chain lock on the door). And at the time of this review there are currently two charges for the room pending on my credit card. (The attached photos are all from the room to show some of the dust and holes in the walls.)

You get what you pay for. I've paid less for better stays hotels with friendly staff clean corridor

Location.

The front manager was rude. The lobby was in dissaray and not at all welcoming. The hallway to my room was littered with furniture I was thankful when I got into the room and saw that it was clean, but after seeing the lobb and the hall I took out my highqualtiy disinfecting spray and sprayed every surface. Even then I didn't lay on the bed. I spent my short night on my computer. And there was no wifi or any offering of a pay wifi.

Hopefully new management will make improvements

The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was very good and the room had a microwave and fridge. The price was good (but when we asked about staying one more night, the woman at the front desk said we would have to pay $30 dollars more a night so we moved elsewhere.)

The bathroom tile was covered in mold. I bought a bottle of bleach and removed it when we checked in. The facilities are very dated and need to be brought up to date. (The good news is the lobby was filled with boxes of new bathtubs, sinks, etc, so hopefully things will improve soon.) There was no daily housekeeping, which we didn't really expect, but we were there for 7 nights and fresh towels after a few days would have been appreciated.

UNSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED

Nothing!! Motel is very dirty and smell like smoke everywhere!! Bed is so uncomfortable and the room is not clean at all and when u ask them to clean they take forever to send someone who doesn't know how to clean!!! UNSATISFIED!! It's not worth the money at all!!
