Cozy little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, popular restaurants, and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property next to the house. Se Habla ESPANOL
The space
La Casita is very cozy and is located in a peaceful place. It features everything new, form ceiling fans, to kitchen appliances, to A/C with heat to washer and dryer as well as furniture.

The patio / backyard has everything you need to spend quiet time while cooking on the BBQ grill. The outdoor ambient lights will make a perfect scenario to enjoy the evening.

Other things to note
There are USB ports in the kitchen by the stove and also on the back of the end table in the living room.

Moreover, there is a body of water near by. Please have an adult to be supervising the children at all the time while playing in the backyard.

Came down for a quinceañera, this our family's second time staying at the Casita. It's cute, clean and has a beautiful location. The bed was very comfortable, appreciate the blackout shade, the AC was nice and cold perfect for sleeping and bathroom was clean. We utilized the washer and dryer and went home with clean clothes. Looking forward for our next time we drive down. Thanks The Hernandez Family

This is a great little property. Much better than staying in a hotel. Everything was set up nicely and access was very easy. I loved the ability to cook when i didn't want to eat out. I wish there may have been a dresser to put clothes in. We just set up one of the portable tables for our clothes. The bed is nice and big, but the mattress is sinking a bit in the middle. Overall, a great place to get away.

I loved the place! The only downside was we arrived after dark and our Uber driver had to help us find it. A brighter light showing the house numbers would be appreciated. I plan on using this Vrbo again! Jorge was quick to answer any questions. The bed was really comfy.

The setting is beautiful you can see the golf course and the Resaca from the back porch. It's nice to have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. Super handy and Jorge the host is so wonderful to deal with

It is on a nice quiet street but yet close to everything. There is a nice pool with a nice jacuzzi just a couple of minutes walk away. I use the pool for exercise so I don't mind the walk at all. Also the place was super nice and the stacked washer/dryer that was in there I thought was going to be tricky but it actually does a whole load of clothes and is the best washing machine I have ever used! My clothes got really clean and it almost spins them dry! That gets a "wow" from me. That you get an entire house with a full size fridge and an oven, nice living room and a separate bedroom for this kind of price is amazing considering the mediocre hotels in the area charging anywhere from $150 to $280 a night for rooms that that only have a mini fridge and a microwave. This is such a good deal. The host was great and answered all of my questions almost immediately, I almost don't like leaving this great of a review because it will be all booked up next time i am in town! The air conditioners were awesome and got the place cooled down fast. I also like the locked door that doesn't require any key that you have to worry about losing. The only critique I would have about the place is vegetable bins in the refrigerator needed a little dusting out. Other than that it was nice to have an entire house to yourself with the full size fridge and an oven. And the price is unbelievable.

We had a comfortable stay at La Casita. It was impeccably clean when we arrived, and the views in the backyard were perfect. Communication with the manager was great, I got a response with 24hrs. We had a bit of a struggle with the door lock but managed to figure it out eventually. We will return next time we’re in Brownsville.
