Ankuft war Chaotisch, aber dennoch konnte ich wo Übernachten

Sauber, groß

Das Problem bei der Ankuft um 19 Uhr war, das kein Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe war, und ich ich bis kurz vor 1 Uhr Nachts keinen Anruf bekam, bis sich nach nochmaligem Anrufen der Chef persönlich gemeldet hatte.

Bett recht gut, WC eigenartig 😁

an der Straße einfach zu laut, Fenster öffnen unmöglich, es geht die ganze Nacht mit den Autos 😞

Poor accommodation, rude behavior of the staff

It's cheap, so you don't expect much. But here someone really just arranged the cheapest he could find. The kitchen was ripped out of another room and installed so that half protruded in the middle of the room with a visible open back. The toilet was on a special pedestal and one could not reach the floor. The shower is missing part of the bar to prevents water from flowing out, so half of the water ends up on the ground. Etc. – a hundred details that clearly say: We don't care. But the most important thing – the absolutely disgusting behavior of the staff. The kitchen was desperately unfurnished, but no one came to fix it, so I had to help myself. And mainly – I asked about the possibility of parking, which they offer on the site for 5 € per day. Upon arrival, I only received an SMS that parking is for 8 €, which I did not accept and did not use the parking lot. Nevertheless, I was charged for the parking and it was never returned to me despite the complaint. The only thing I experienced was the shocking messages from the staff accusing me of fraud and dishonesty. I have no words. My worst experience with accommodation so far.

Nach einer gemeinsamen Flasche Wein konnte man wenigstens schlafen für eine Nacht.

die Kommunikation war ok

lose Wände, TV deffekt, kein Programm nutzbar, Fernebdienung ohne Funktion. Lose Wände. WC auf einem Potest :/ Überall Rohre und Leitungen. Öffnungen in denWänden.

Eine preislich günstige Unterkunft

Das es günstig war. Es war Sauber.

Es gab keine Herdplatte. Das Zimmer sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber, aber hat Verfärbungen. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Ungemütliches Licht

Many thanks for the kindness of the staff

The staff was very kind and generous to reschedule the actual booking for two weeks later - very grateful for that gesture. Otherwise the accomodation is perfectly cheap and purposeful for sleeping.

The location is a bit noisy. Lack of A/C especially during hot summer days. The TV did not work.

Not worth of the money

Location, and easy access, even though for late arrival it was possible to check in with self check in without problems with given information

The room supposed to be no-smoking also said by facilities, but the room we received was definetly HEAVILY SMOKED, so much even I feel like a smoker now, we stayed there with a 6 year old!!! As there is no reception and we arrived around 00:00 there is no chance for changin the room. Toilet was definetly used and left dirty, Bathroom sink was broken.

It fulfilled it's purpose, a place to stay for one night on our way down south

Well described and easy to follow instructions

It was clean but a bit shabby. Loud refrigerator in the room. Furniture did not fit together.

Good value for the money

Small, clean room with a little kitchenette and bathroom.

The wifi was weak and the TV could not connect to it.

Ok for the price

It was ok for the price. Nice and comfortable bed + couch, easy self check-in.

The equipment looked cheap, the toilet sometimes did not flush and a continuous beeping sound could be heard from the outside even after closing the windows. Fortunately, I had earplugs, so it was not that big of a problem. For 1-3 nights, I think it's ok.

Easy check in process

Apartmant was not comfortable and in every aspect they used cheap furniture and utilities. I know this is economy place. But we have really felt like they are not maintaining the place very well. Location was not also that good. I would recommend.

Is acceptable in case you are looking for a cheap accommodation for 1-2 nights.

The apartment is close to Nova Park and it has a fridge and a small kitchen., which is very good in case you are bringing food with you to have a place to store.

The walls are thin and the noise can be heard from the neighbors. Bathroom is small. Compared to other properties, this price is fair for this type of accommodation.

Superb

Everything very good, easy checking and check out, very friendly staff, everything you need for long or short stays. You have a big shopping center nearby and right at the entrance you have public transport to go to the center and other parts of Graz.
