Convenient coffee shop on the first floor. Easy walk to Union Station and Larimer Square. Nice, large shower. Good closet storage. Good to have bottles of water handy, though for the price paid for the room what is a $2 bottle of water = still a good gesture. Snacks at end of day for others...not so much for a diabetic like me, but good $.50 token. Appreciated the manager's very nice manner when I complained - at least she listened well, so that was a good point.
No replacement for coffee pods used a whole 2 of them after their daily cleaning), no outlet for the coffee table so had to move it to be near electrical outlet. Terrible lighting for reading, ridiculous $25 fee if you are not a Hyatt member and even wanted one extra hour to noon for checkout. Several times the car was not ready for pickup as requested (my friend requested in way more time than suggested). The front desk staff seemed inexperienced, though pleasant. For the price of the room it was extremely disappointing. The architect who designed the faucet system in the bathroom didn't place it well so water on to the counter every time you wanted to wash your face or brush your teeth = thank goodness for handy towels.

Liked that the hotel fee goes towards discounts at local businesses, Milk Tea People was amazing! The coffee in the lobby (Duel) was really good and croissant was so fresh! Decor was very beautiful and very nice amenities.
The pillows and blankets were not great, stayed in more comfortable hotel beds than these. Room was very dusty, not sure if it was because guests haven't stayed there in a long time or maybe lack of circulation/filters?

I went to the hotel for a one night only business trip. I found it according to my expectations: clean, friendly staff, good location and very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants nearby for the night and the furniture and the design of the hotel are beautiful
The restaurant (I had dinner and breakfast) directly charged 20% more for the staff and for the hotel itself. In addition, on the check, I found the tip request, which of course I gave. Well, I think that was a bit too much, since the restaurant was very expensive ($90 for a single person).

The Swaky decor of thr Thompson brand is a favorite of mine and the location was perfect.
The casting app on the TV for streaming apps DID NOT WORK! Which was super frustrating and should not happen in a hotel of this caliber.

La localité, très bien placé
Pdj trop tard, compliqué pour commander en chambre
Parking cher, fermeture du bar trop tôt

Location and ambiance
Expensive. Industrial aesthetic is nice but need a few more “cozy” touches. Like hooks for towels and a chair to relax in

Great location and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Toilet paper quality and the room took quite a while to get warm.

It was modern
This property certainly was not worth the value that we paid for the room. At over $350 a night, the rooms were tiny, there were no amenities, and the location was poor. When we arrived, they put us into a room overlooking, the air conditioning piping outside so I asked to move our room at which point they put us in another room half the size we were extremely disappointed

Gorgeous hotel with 2 fantastic cocktail bars
Breakfast was delicious at Maggys restaurant
Well-appointed room with comfy bed and great products
Downtown Denver is very quiet on Sunday mornings except for a large homeless community. It's clear homeless people and drugs are a big problem in many US cities and I'm only mentioning it as I didn't feel fully comfortable walking around early in the morning.
Denver seems like a nice city and the hotel was fantastic.

Location was ideal. We were able to walk anywhere and felt very safe and comfortable doing so. The building and room itself were gorgeous. Our room wasn't huge, but they did such a good job with functionality of design that it was perfect. Such a comfortable and beautiful stay.

Great location and very stylish. The bar on the 6th floor is great too
The doors to the bathroom are one of the sliding ones. Meaning you can hear everything inside. Not great if you’re sharing a room with someone.

Beautiful hotel and stunning room
The room we were in was like being on a racetrack overnight. The street noise of racing cars was very interuptive for our sleep which was a shame because the room was lovely.

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert - the whole hotel had Taylor Swift quotes, themed cocktails, activities... it was just amazing.
The room and service were also excellent.

Great location for Denver downtown. Staff is super friendly. I had to sort something out with the airport and my mobile did not work, so they let me use their landline phones. Thank you!!

This hotel was extremely laid back and extremely comfortable with exceptional customer service and super friendly staff I was super impressed with the whole experience as I only stayed one night and it was a quite pricey not to mention the prices for the mini bar in the room it had a lot of options which was very nice just the price for the amount was way over priced if you ask me but hey you get what you pay for right ? Overall 10/10 wish I would’ve got the lady’s name who checked us in very professional and I really wish she could teach a class to all other hotels in Colorado showing how to greet and check people into there rooms. I can’t exaggerate enough how welcoming she made us feel compared to the last 8 hotels I’ve stayed in the last couple of months! Thanks again it was a real pleasure and a really relaxing night

We had a wonderful experience at the Thompson in Denver! The location was incredible and it was very clean. The valet service was exceptional! On the second day of our trip, it was discovered that our vehicle was completely dead (we’re not sure why as it hasn’t given us any more problems). The people working the valet desk jumped it for us and were so kind and patient about the situation. Really, they couldn’t have been nicer.
The destination fee took us by surprise. It wasn’t a lot, but it seemed unnecessary.

The cost of breakfast was outrageous at $75 for 2 plates of one slice of French toast bread, coffee and water. The hotel staff should have informed us that the street along the hotel was closed due to street construction. These issues didn't allow for safe parking and street access. The lighting in the room was poor and we had to use a key to turn the lights on. It certainly wasn't worth the high price. I booked it because it advertised being a 5 minute walk from the stadiums. It was 20 minutes.
The fact that $565 was taken out from my bank account 2 weeks prior to our stay. Now I have an additional charge deducted of $150 for an unknown reason.
