Bad service on the beach

Very nice hotel, 4 pools, beach acces, great food. Front desk staff was nice and helpfull.

Hotel is for adults only, but everybody has acces to the beach and can rent a sunbed, meaning even dough you booked adults only hotel, you can still end up with a screaming child next to you on the beach. The rooms are not soud proof and it was very loud at night, sometimes until 2 am. Beach staff was very unpleasant to us (only one young man was nice). Non all inclusive guests were approached by the staff and asked what they want to drink, but they were clearly annoyed every time when we wanted to order something. We've tried to be nice and friendly , they kept beying unpleassnt. Tipping didn't help either. We were not alowed to get ourselfs drinks from the bar, and we were told to order from the beach waiters, who ignored us the whole time. We've felt really bad, like we are less worth or something and like we're begging for something that we've paid. That has pretty much ruined the whole experience and that is the main reason that we don't recomend this hotel.

Top hotel

We zaten op nog geen 30 seconde loop afstand van het strand, het eten was echt heel lekker! En er was altijd plek op de lig bedjes aan het strand.

Je hebt verschillende gebouwen, wij hadden geluk dat we in één van de gebouwen aan het strand zaten maar het kan ook dat je terecht komt in een gebouw aan de andere kant van de weg. Verder roken de handdoeken niet fris.

Great Bohemian Style Hotel close to City Center

Great stay at Cook's Club Alanya. It was still low season, so Hotel was not busy. The hotel is divided on 2 sides of the street and I had a great big room with sea view. Food was also nice, but choices could have been better, but this was probably due to not many guests in low season. I am sure in summer hotel is much busier. They have a nice beach bar as well.

Our one week stay

We loved the vibes of the hotel , the location, the beach and the food. Everything was great and we had a lovely relaxing week.

We love music but it was all Techno Music it would be nice if it was a mixture of music all day.

Exceptional

Staff was extremely friendly Facilities were great (pools gym beaches etc) food was very good especially breakfast clean overall concept and layout with many areas to chill or to have fun To explain yes the all inclusive concept doesnt cover everything but theres enough things included in our opinion. Our bathroom was very new! (so no paint over the old tiles like some people said) However there are 4 buildings that this hitel is made up off.

2 beds pushed together it is a bit louder in the evening, but only until like 11:30 then the hotel next door turns off music!

Terrific !!!

I can start with the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. I havent heard the word NO. they are always cheerful happy and easy to engage. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Especially my view was fantastic :) Pool and beach was really good . Music and food is reachable to anywhere. Open buffet was strong especially on Breakfast and Dinner.

The pillows in the room was so big and bit uncomfy to sleep had to ask extra pillow. Room needs more warm light not white lights especially bathrooms.

Oversold and Overcharged

Pool area was nice.

This is advertised as a beach front hotel when it is not at all. There are apparently 5 buildings with the main one being across a busy road and not beach front. Staff were not helpful and overcharged me for room. Will not stay again.

Very good

Pool area and beach bar has a very relaxing atmosphere. Food was also great and staff are very friendly and well trained. Special mention to Esma on the reception who gave us a a warm welcome and Furkan and Mehmet at the beach bar who were very friendly and looked after us.

Only slight drawback is the need to get double beds instead of putting two singles together. They do attach them but a double bed is generally just better. Also the bathroom in the room is a bit dark but overall it was a relaxing trip.

clean, and common pool area and proximity to beach

outdated rooms , Kinda just trailer park renovation as in painting of the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets with green paint super weird but the rooms where clean and I wouldn’t mind staying again for the price it’s a good value and more importantly it’s clean and the beds where comfortable

In overall, the place is stylish and well thought, and has just very comfortable atmosphere

We liked almost everything about the place The whole infrastructure is well designed- you live in a building that stands apart from the beach, swimming pool, dining and party area, but it is connected with a tunnel with that area. So the place where you sleep is really quiet. All the staff were very friendly, especially Sule - she was very warm to us! All the food, breakfasts and dinners were various and satisfying.

one day there was very noisy facility work or something but not a big issue

World Class

The property is in an amazing location, situated right on the beach with great bars and restaurants close by. The steakhouse out the front is an exceptional evening out, food is super and great fun! Be prepared to get up and dance. I want to thank Mert especially downstairs in the beach bar who was amazing, he really made our trip that much more special. He recommended Gardenia restaurant for me and my girlfriend which was one of the nicest meal and locations I’ve ever dined at. Mert really went above and beyond to make us feel special and we had so much fun with him. He works incredibly hard and is an absolute asset to Cooks Club! (Mert is in the picture I have uploaded with my review, look out for him and make friends, he’ll make your stay even better!!)

The bathroom was a little too dark. Had trouble shaving in the evening I feel it could have been better lit but as that’s my only fault, that says a lot about everything else!

The hotel is great for a chill relaxing holiday.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rooms are tidy and stylish. Food variety is a bit less than you’d expect in a Turkish hotel, but it is delicious and fresh every day. Beach and the swimming pool are clean and an absolute joy to spend hours at. Shoutout to the beach staff!

The WiFi speed is underwhelming. The twin beds aren’t too comfortable for a couple to sleep.

a chill, friendly and beautiful hotel with everything you need

The place is absolutely gorgeous and has a very chill and relaxed vibe. I think the best view in Alanya. The extensive breakfast was also tasty and with different options every day. next to that the staff is amazingly helpful. We had a minor issue with our room and after addressing it, they immediately came to help and solved it.

Pleasant

The hotel is very nice and the staff and people working there are very friendly and pleasant and runnymede extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The cleaning crew even decorated our whole room in an romantic way to come back to after a day at the beach. the property is nice and clean and has all the facilities you can ask for.

The manager or hw calls himself the "owner" in the restaurant area couldn't keep his hands to himself and herasses single woman's and even married. Very inappropriate and rude behavior, offering free drinks and alcohol t them.

I didn’t like and i never go there agaiin. Bad staff ever i mmet, bad breakfast, bad reception boys!

They are zero in service at hotel! It was the most bad reception and staff that i met in my life. Please don’t waste your money in this hotel ever

A beautiful and relaxing week in the sun.

Everything was great, everybody is really friendly and looks after you. From the beginning at the check-in until the end. Altan and Jack are there all day to help and are always good for a joke. Murat does a great job with orders at the beach. Okan always helped us in the evening with dinner and the seating. Also to mention all the friendly staff at the buffet and the ocean bar, we will miss them all and definitely will come back.

Can‘t really think of anything bad, if anything it would be that there is a charge to change the beach towels.

No parking ! , Allinclusive is only between some hours , you don.t have open bufet , someone serves you and counting each olive they put , in the room you hear music all night , you also hear the kitchen ventilation from bed
