Fully furnished and decorated so precious. We all loved it!!

The light switches were so low lol. We were constantly watching the toddlers lol. We handled it and if that was our only complaint we’re pretty good I’d say!

Disappointed

The property exterior was nice well manicured. Pools are fun. The market could be a lot better. Fast check in. Easy enter code. Apartment is comfortable and decorated cute.

Our apartment was not clean at least by mystandards. When we arrived it did not smell bad but did not have that fresh just clean smell. The sheets and blankets didn’t smell or look clean. The dinning room table had ants crawling on it. When I went to move the coffee table in the living room, so that my kids could play, there was dust and old chips under the table. The outside hallways smelled like garbage cans cause they take long to pick up the trash bags. We got Covid 19 and could not go anywhere although I can’t prove where we were infectedjust by going to the local pharmacy and Walmart EVERYONE was in mask 😷 even the cashiers . No aspirin anywhere. We suspect that the folks that were there before us had it and since the apartment was poorly cleaned of course we were infected. If the owner new this she should have said something do to the fact that I havesmall children. I wish I would of taken more pictures to show proof. Posting the pics I did take.

Disappointing

We loved the Condo and location. The pools were great.

There was a flea problem. My daughter is absolutely covered in bites, so much that she has been bleeding. My one year old has many bites on his legs. I have bites all over me as well. We left a day early after they steamed the room and our stuff. I was still getting bites on the way home. I’m going to have to get my car taken care of as well.

A perfect condo for medium size families with young children.

Fit 6 adults and two children with ease. The host was always available to answer our questions and to help make our visit easier. The kids room was perfect for both a 10yr old and a 3yr old alike. Very close to Disney and any amenities you might need for your visit. Would not hesitate to book this same room again on our next family vacation to Disney or Universal.

The waterpark part of the pool area was closed due to outside temperatures (the water in that area is not heated). it was no fault to host, just a unlucky occurrence because of the time of year our visit happened to be in (November).

Great location. Comfy homey. Nice amenities. Owner thoughtfully wants you to enjoy your stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Phyllis thoughtfully stocked a closet with a lot of things you may need during your trip that you forgot…. strollers, cooler, toddler toilet seat topper, beach towels etc. The kids loved the skeeball game and the pac man game. They loved the way the kids room was lit up at night. It has a nice screened in patio off the living room that we used a lot. Phyllis was quick to answer all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. We all liked that it was a gated community. The pool was just a 2 minute walk away. The place was very quiet. We never heard any noise from any other condo around us. It was close to the Disney parks. We would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

Will come again. Ideal location and tons of fun,

The kids room and the access to the waterpark was IDEAL. We came for a funeral and there was more than enough for my mom to entertain the kids while we were away all day.

some items weren’t very clean (dishes, kitchen items) but an easy fix with some washing. They provided a sponge and starter for dishwasher/washing machine and a mini dish soap. Easily remedied.

Quiet close to Disney location

Nice apartment. Was clean. Children enjoyed their room and the pool area.

Kitchen had gnats. Improve the requirements for bands and the pool as the bands did not come off and had to run back and forth for new bands. Should not require towels to be left in certain bathrooms but a central area. Master bedroom shower had no water pressure. Not allowed to use sunblock in the pool which caused my family to get burned severely. Hire people at the gate that are customer friendly. Not my fault they don’t like their job.
