Lovely Cottage, perfect location.

Loved the cottage and would definitely stay here again. Light and airy with lovely decor. Felt so at home from the start. Lots of room for me and my grown-up sons, and the extra shower room/toilet meant we were not queuing for showers in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed (except could have done with a bigger cheese grater), and the small garden was perfect for an al fresco meal. Smart TV meant there was always something to watch in the evening when we were tuckered out. When we arrived, after 5pm, there was a loud gurgling noise coming from one of the bedrooms, too loud to allow anyone to sleep there. We reluctantly called the out of hours number, and someone was there to fix the problem before we'd even unpacked. Very impressed with the reaction and speed of service. Best thing about this cottage, though, is the location. Short walk to the beach and Southwold Pier, and the Lighthouse was literally down the road. We parked the car in the allotted space when we arrived and didn't need it again until we left. Fantastic holiday, thank you, Sea View Cottage, Air Manage Suffolk and Booking.com

Absolutely nothing other than maybe an extra door key. Only one meant we all had to stay together, all the time.

Wonderful cottage for time away with the family.

Fabulous location within easy reach of the town, even early season there was a buzz with lots going on.

Bit chilly without radiators downstairs.

A great cottage for a long weekend break in a fabulous location.

The open plan downstairs and patio doors to garden, worked well for 5 adults and dog. Great location, close to both the beach and town.

The living room furniture was OK but not particularly comfortable. The Smart TV had lots of channels but we didn’t realise that you couldn’t watch live itv / C4 on a Smart TV.

Mixed feelings

Location Garden area Appreciated the staff organising entry at 3pm in the end but feel this should be standard, 5pm is way too late and weighted in favour of the business NOT the customer. Other companies have access at 3pm as standard so will go with them in the future.

The property is in great location but aspects of inside are tired and it was not as clean as I feel it should have been fir the cost (2days nearly £800 )I have photos the show the dust balls had been there awhile. You ask for guests to strip beds which I did but we all wished we hadn't as we then had to see all the stains on the mattresses.

house was in a great location and very clean was well decorated and loved the open plan layout downstairs very spacious and plenty of room for a large family great views of the sea from front bedrooms back bedroom is very large

enjoyable break

Good location. Quiet.

Map of southwold showing eating places, bus stops, etc would be useful. No live tv - not used to smart tv and no help as to how to use it - for o.a.p.s! Not warned about steep stairs and parking place awkward and inaccessible on dustbin day. A second key should be supplied when sharing accommodation.

Super Southwold modern holiday home..

Really convenient location yet nice and quiet. Good accommodation and well equipped.

Nothing really. A bit of a battle with the boiler (we had to refill the system to get it to work).

Energising & relaxing. Just what the Doctor ordered.

Fantastic location in the heart of Southwold. The open plan dining room kitchen and lounge enabled the whole family to be together when cooking, eating or watching the TV chilling out.

house was cold.. I’m guessing it was underfloor heating downstairs which wasn’t very effective

perfect base to wander the town and be able to enjoy Adnams finest without having to worry about driving.

the location and size of property for 6 adults to explore southwold and do the distillery tour was why we booked this property

don’t think we had anything we disliked

Overpriced and poorly maintained

Convenient for town and pier/ seafront.

Not particularly clean. Dusty floors Bathrooms and toilets needed cleaning before use. Badly stained mattresses had been covered over Heating was turned off. TV did not work Cracked China in kitchen
