Great value for money place - excellent location.

The location was excellent. Just across from the beach. The size was great. Light and breezy. Loved the porch out the back with the grassy area and the view of the beach behind the trees.

Some of the kitchen items are in dire need of upgrading. Some nails are sticking out near the balustrade upstairs.

Great location - but this unit is very overpriced for what you get.

The keys were collected from an off-site motel

None of the bedrooms have air conditioning - which is an issue during our stay. There is also no security on the windows so sleeping with the windows open was not an option. The back bedrooms and the bunk room were hot and stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. Also to note - there is 3 different levels, by mindful upon booking for younger and older family members. This stay was really overpriced for the facilities and level of fit-out and equipment provided. Either the price has to drop or the aging facilities need to improve - they seem to be currently mismatched.

The location, across the road from the beach and walking distance from town, was great

The unit was very poorly cleaned and very basic in terms of furnishings, appliances and utensils. Perhaps the price was overly inflated because it was the Christmas period, but in comparison to other places or a similar price and similar location, this accommodation was extremely poor and not worth the value at all.

Great location and I'd stay again. Highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness, beds and space. We would definitely come back again. Easy walk to town, directly opposite the beach. Ample parking.

Bigger hot water system. For 10 people a bigger system would be handy.

The villa had character as it was original and renovated beautifully. The view and access to the beach and ocean waa a bonus. It was a Comfortable stay

The parking bays were small - the family in number 4 unfortunately partially blocked our space making it a bit difficult to get in and out

Top beach location, spacious and comfortable

Location was excellent right across from the beach. The property was very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen had been updated.
