Staff was friendly, The distance relative to the event we were attending was quite nice.

There is no signage at the Complex, simply large address no. on the Gate and instructions to Phone a number on the gate. The person you call seems to be located at a call centre who then instructs the staff to open up for you. The booking was for 5 people in two rooms. The room with two beds had the beds so close that the third guest opted to make herself a makeshift bed in the other room rather than feel claustrophobically close. In Both rooms the bathroom doors could not open fully as they intersected the basin. Our room was in quite a state of disrepair. There was a lamp with no globe, a microwave whose plug socket was missing and simply an open hole in the wall. Both mattresses in our room needed to be replaced and a leg on the bed in the other room was broken and the bed was simply propped. onto the broken leg. There were no towels in the room and we had to go buy some for one of our guests though the sign says to contact the staff for any needs they were only really present on our arrival and on our departure. At the event we felt we would need some items for the Saturday evening and thought we would have them delivered i tried calling the number got an answer could not hear the agent on the phone he said that he would call me back no call came eventually on a break my wife got through and confirmed that we could have something delivered to the hotel however when we tried to order all the delivery spots were taken for the day. I had messaged the number given turns out the number serves 10 venues across the country. and all numbers on pamphlets booking.com and the keys state this as the only contact number meaning you have no actual way of speaking to the staff on premises should you need something. The walls are paper thin, and sound travels I walked past the one room door and could clearly hear the conversation as I passed the door and could hear the rest of the conversation as I passed by the outside Window on the way to fetch something from the car.

It was a perfect stay/accommodate I would really like to go back

The property was very clean and I like the fact that it has a mini kitchen

I didn’t like the fact like there was no generator when load shedding occurs and they must also invest on new beds

Home away from home

The hospitality from Marvelous was so amazing. Her customers service skills is top and she is always a call away when you need help at any time. She always make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. We loved our stay and we are definitely coming back more often. Home away from home indeed ❤️ The cleanness of the rooms it's so amazing. Hygiene is their top priority.

Clean and friendly staff

Bed mattresses needs to be replaced. Electrical wall plug open with extension connected to it. The extension plug close to zink (safety risk). Bed-lamps have no connection to electrical. Needs to cater for loadshedding.

EXCELLENT WEEKEND OUT

I liked the way we were received by Malume and Xolani. They made sure our stay was comfortable. They are both friendly and helpful. We also liked liked the facility as it has stove,table with chairs, couch, micro oven, fridge and all the cutlery and crockery. It makes it home away from home. The sheets were clean and the room smelled nice. Security is tops and they always answer their phones as and when we called them for any assistance. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Only the electric blanket on the right side of the bed was not working , which is something that could be easily rectified.

What I did not like, they allow their guest to smoke in the rooms, therefore when we new guest, thers still that smell of cigarette. When you enter there was lot of dirty dishes in the sink.
