Great stay. Lovely hotel. Will return

Massive comfy bed. Location. Staff were always friendly helpful and attentive

Gym needs updating. Adjoining room next door mean the noise came through the locked door

General atmosphere and infrastructure

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower and bedroom mats were dirty as well as the tub and shower curtain. The grout in the tiles were black (which indicates a lot of dirt) and air was stuffy and a bit musty. The couch needed a deep clean. I didn’t like that there was not a consistent supply of bottled water. I believe water is something that should be provided daily to guests as a necessity.

Rocky sea floor makes direct access at the front of the property difficult. However a short walk 50 metres either side of the property make’s access much easier.

Get Full Board, or pay thru' the nose for your meals

There is a nice beach with bar/dining area. The site is very agreeable, pleasing to the eye

The room we had was tired; the vent on the window could not be made to stay shut, so bugs entered and did their damage to us. The area round the wash basin was old and tired, showing age and wear. However, everything worked, except one of the plug sockets in the bedroom sparked and we did not use it. After Covid and lack of income, you cannot blame the group for not immediately spending money on upkeep.

Lovely place, most comfortable, great location

Loved breakfast, especially omelettes Gym was good to start the day with Beach was clean and surrounds (both fountains and plants) very nice

faster processing - we didn't do all inclusive, many staff were slow with getting c"charge to room" processed. Staff doing renovations started between 6 and 7am, way too early.

Beautiful island, great location, great to finally get away.

Location spot on for getting about the island. Beach front hotel, watching the surfers was amazing. For general snorkelling and open water swimming we had to use pebble beach, but this was not too far a walk on the sea front and we got to get a cuzz's, few banks beers for a fraction of the price charged by the hotel.

Room cleaning, very random days for different levels of cleaning and bedding only cleaned once a week. Bath needed to be replaced as the coating had lifted, but as we only used for showering this was not a major issue, just a bit of an eyesore.

bathrooms need doing up . inside chairs sunk in and worn out . tile floors are very slippery with the rain . elevator really far away 2 Nd one needed that’s more convenient.

it was on the beach and pool was superb.

The cleaning schedule is every 3 days. This was not expected and as it hot and sandy, we really had to clean daily ourselves. not something I like doing in holiday/ working abroad from home. Id you are working home and away, the internet is really bad. I had to use my hotspot which cost me a fortune roaming.

The sea was all rocks as you entered the water. Also I had to carry my luggage down five flights of stairs on arrival, only to be told by a guest there was an elevator. Which reception did not inform me about.

Staff were friendly and location was good in close proximity to Carlisle Bay

The room (in the plantation area) we stayed in was quite outdated. Some of the facilities throughout the hotel are in need of updating or refresh. It didn't meet my expectations of a four star hotel.
