Superb

Very nice, clean, cosy place with 2 bathrooms (a must for me when holidaying with friends and/or family) and a short leisurely walk to the Lakeside Mall. Very large TV with great choice of movies and TV programming. I had to arrive the apartment much earlier than scheduled but was kindly allowed in by staff. (Not to say you should do the same 😉). Will surely stay there again.

I guess if I think hard enough I might come up with something but nothing off the top of my head 😃

There was a TV in the apartment Shops and train/busses nearby

The toilet vith bath tub was stinky The carpets were old and dirty. The lose carpets in tv room was not laing flat on floor, risk of falling. The freezer was wery dirty . And last but not least no linens and towels for the 5th Person, as we paid for Overall dirty and not comfortable we did not enjoy our stay. Won't come back

Happy overall. Worth the money but need cleaning

Landlords were very responsive and supportive. Great arrangement for accessing to the property.

Needs detail cleaning in bathrooms and kitchen. Toilet features needs fixing.

the apartment is reasonable and complete the building is great. safe. the decoration is the same as the pictures has bedding. equipped.

the location is a little far away so to go to the gym you need uber. the carpets need to be sanitized. behind the bed there was a lot of dirt. needs a good cleaning. Vacuum cleaners don't work well. wifi doesn't work very slow.

do not stay at this property unless you are a smoker. the second you walk in the door you are hit with a wall of stale s

fridge was cold

property reeked of stale cigarettes and cooking fat. surfaces were grubby. carpets, chairs and walls all dirty. shower came complete with numerous hairs, previous tenants had left socks, shower bell and various food items behind. no only water on final day. outside of property is disgusting - rubbish all over floor of car park. cutlery was woeful - 2 forks, 3 knives and 2 spoons!! toilet seat was a death trap. several windows and balcony doors had no keys so could have been opened for outside by anyone. we complained about the state of the property and suggested a refund. we were firmly told that their policy was to not offer any refunds - there had been a growing trend of people trying to get money back. my response was that perhaps that was more a reflection of the poor property versus a “trend”. I explained that I would be leaving a poor review and was offered “a small token from my own pocket” by the contact. Being bribed to not leave a negative review summed up the whole experience of this trip. booking.com should be ashamed to have this property on its books.

I liked that the host kept in contact with me and was very helpful in answering all my queries promptly. I was reassured that there was a person available to help if I needed anything.

There wasn't enough ware and cutlery for the amount of people but otherwise it was good value

Disappointed

We arrived late as we had travelling from the north east of England. The sheets had midew and stains on both double beds and their was no bedding left for sofa bed. It was too late to check into another hotel with three children. The floors had bits on it the Hoover obviously didn’t work. There as rubbish from previous guests in a couple of drawers. We contacted the smart trip contact that evening by messaging - we and sent pictures of the sheets and floor and the drawer with rubbish in. The next day we received a call of apology and the sheets where changed. The floors still had bits on them as Hoover didn’t work properly. We had travelled for a family surprise party In grays. The location was excellent. But overall our experience was not what we expect from booking.com. I requested a refund for half the stay which is hopefully being processed but we have not received it yet from booking.com but when was told one night and not 40 pound cleaning fee I was not happy. We took our shoes off out of respect for someone else’s property to walk in other peoples dirt/ grit from their shoes. This is not the cleaners it was lack of a good hoover. Also the sponge and cloth in the kitchen was used. In a pandemic that’s not ideal! the cardboard box of the tv was on the balcony had obviously been there ages. The tv was damaged too we sent pictures too do they knew it we like that when we arrived. We were very disappointed. After a 275 mile trip you want a nice clean bed to jump into . The owners are not refunding the cleaning fee as think think that’s unfair as someone had to come with clean sheets .. I would not recommend this apartment in case you have a similar experience to us. We are getting refund for 128 one night .. but it will take 7-12 days .. yet when I paid them it was instant and a deposit of 150 pounds which wasn’t mentioned on the booking. I will not use booking.com again .. be careful when you book. I have learnt my lesson the hard way. x

the property was in a good location and facilities were modern

Perfect location in lovely neighbourhood

How clean it was smelt fresh when my husband and I came we loved it ! The area how close to lakeside:) deffo recommend

The WiFi isn’t the best to even watch the tv watching a film wasn’t the best but over all perfect stay
