A View Beyond Words

Location was perfect for walking into old town, about 15 minutes and safe. Deck area was large with comfortable seating . Beds were super comfortable, and bedrooms offered good closet space. Elevator made luggage handling easy. Overall, just a super apartment when visiting Dubrovnik. Host was super helpful, and easy to contact.

Bathroom showers were open at one end, so floors were more wet than usual after showering; but not an issue to me.

Absolutely the best accommodation in Dubrovnik

Better than 5 stars hotel. More beautiful than photo. It provides everything we needed and the host Petra was so friendly and helpful. We do loved this place and didn’t want go out 😂 Especially the view from the balcony was amazing. Couldn’t be better!

best wiew in the city

the best wiew in town! youre looking all lokrum island and old city. So incredable hause! better more than pictures. there was close park for car. they left a wine and fresh fruits for us in the apartment. everything was perfect and quality. so much clean and comfortable and cool. most beautiful house i have ever seen. she was very hospitality and smiling. thank you

Perfect apartment with a beautiful view

Fabulous spacious apartment with a wonderful view over Dubrovnik old town. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again! Petra was a brilliant host and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do.

The walk to the old town was a little longer than we expected in the heat! Probably a 15/20 minute walk with lots of steps/up a hill on the way back. wouldn’t put us off but something to be aware of.

perfect 10/10 - will come back!!

Before we even arrived, Petra was always quick with helping with questions and asked to organize a transport too, suggested restorants, bars and trips. The warm welcome from Petra, who waited for us to give us the keys and bring us to our apartment, was a lovely start into our vacay. The apartment is so modern and beautiful, and the view to the old city and the island Lokrum are the highlight of it!! The beach is a 5 minutes walk away and the city 15 minutes. In the apartment we also had sanity stuff like shampoo etc.,hairdryers, towels and a laundry mashine and dishwasher including tabs for both. There is also another beach in the opposit direction 15 minutes away wich is also lovely. We will for sure come again!!

Modern apartment with stunning views close to Old Town.

The best part of the apartment is the amazing balcony and view of Old Town, the azure Adriatic and the island of Lokrum. View is simply stunning. Walking distance to Old Town albeit we did not realize before we got there that everything in Dubrovnik is on a steep hill. Thus greatly appreciated great air conditioning on our return. Apartment very new and modern. Building is very quiet and feels very safe. Pemo market is close by.

Can we live here forever? 😄🙏🏻

Just returned from a special stay in Dubrovnik. Apartment was definitely luxurious and 5 star does not do it justice. Has everything you would expect in a hotel and more. Apartment is spotless and is beautifully decorated and beds are very comfortable. View from balcony is spectacular overlooking the sea,Ploce gate and harbour and old town. It is set on a very quiet street and is a short 10 minute walk straight into the old town. There is a well equipped supermarket 2-3 minutes walk if you need any supplies and cable car is also a further 2 mins away. Petra was a perfect host. Afforded us early entry to property as we had an early morning flight and left a very nice welcome package because we were celebrating a birthday in our company of two couples. Also remained in touch throughout our stay with some lovely recommendations of things to see and visit during our stay. All in all we would definitely recommend staying in this apartment and fingers crossed we can return sometime in the not so distant future.

Wonderful stay in a modern apartment with outstanding views, in a very beautiful, and friendly city.

The property was well located for the old town, and both modern and spacious. It was very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It had a spectacular view and the property manager, Petra, was very efficient, and went over and above with her services.

Not very much, although a small grumble was that the apartment could be a little noisy if people were upstairs, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. One recommendation would be to add a toaster for making simple snacks.
