This brand new beautiful two-story three bedroom plus den townhome sleeps eleven people with room to spare! Fantastic ski slope views, all the comforts of home, and a short walk to the gondola, ski school, shops, restaurants and bars! This spacious unit boasts vaulted ceilings, radiant floor heating, and hardwood floors. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining, featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island. Serve your family at the large dining table seating 8 people comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Watch the action on the mountain from the huge balcony offering spectacular ski views of Keystone! Take advantage of the grill and outdoor dining table so you can enjoy the view while you eat! Downstairs you will find the second living area featuring a large sectional, flat screen TV, and queen Murphy bed. The perfect space for family movie nights, or additional guests to have plenty of room.
The primary bedroom is on the main level, and features a king sized bed and private patio entrance. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and standing shower. The two guest bedrooms are downstairs. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed, private patio entrance, and an en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom features two twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.
Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else.
