Always a nice stay. One thing to note is the unit we stayed in this time needs the front door adjusted as the top bracket is lose and the screws are stripped as I checked. Makes it very hard to open from inside going on - you have to push down on door hard and pull

Spent two wonderful weeks at Harbortown. Condo was spotless and very well kept by owners as well as the Home Owners Association. Additionally, the property management team does a great job at handling all details of the stay. The location between the marinas provides a great view and the pool and club area very nicely kept. Amenities including Palm Island facilities just perfect including water taxi and Rumbay and Leverock's restaurants. . Boat owners and other condo guests and owners all very friendly and welcoming, can't wait to go back.

We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and it was a very pleasant experience. The rental was clean and accommodating. We would stay here again for sure!

We always stay at the Marina with our Yacht Club in September (Fort Myers Beach Yacht Club). For the last three years we have had to wait for someone from the island to bring us keys to a different room because they never get the reservation right. We are always placed in the wrong building facing the wrong direction. It would be so much easier if a. you get it right the first time, and/of b. the keys to Marina properties were avilable on the mainland. We will be attending again this September. Hope the fourth time is the charm.

No Central billing. Include water Taxi in rate. Add pool bar & snacks. Add Island bar & restaurant to central billing. Have beach umbrellas available on beach. Have breakfast available. Upgrade towels and bathroom lighting. water taxi hours need to be increased to allow dinner and drinks on the island and return later than 8:15 PM. Never saw the property mgr. Recommendation would depend upon resort level desired by friend. I believe it to be overpriced for what it is.

I got to the location and was blown away as it was so comfortable it felt as if I were at home.

We would have been happy to take trash out every night as there were ants in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, but could not find any extra trashbags, so were unable to do this. The tile floor was extremely sticky and had to be rinsed off with wet paper
towels as there was not a mop. Suds actually appeared on the floor when damp Also, there were crumbs behind the coffee pot and toaster that I'm sure contributed to ants being in the unit. Exhaust fan in bathroom appears to have been installed backwards as
it blows in rather than exhausting out. Unit is very tastefully decorated, kitchen more than adequately equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable. We did enjoy our visit and will definitely return. The items mentioned above will hopefully make the next
guest's visit perfect.

This particular unit was not properly well maintained. Several light bulbs were just missing, Pillows were very worn down. kitchen had just the basics. I guess this unit is as tired as were were.

We would like to stay there again - a wonderful condo

the property is okay. I love the location, my boat is at the marina. The unit 1113 needs to be well cleaned and painted. The bed needs sheets that stay on the mattress when you sleep. For me the matress was horrible. The place was well furnished. Lots of the owners stuff in the bedroom closet. Like the pourch and the furniture there and in the living room.

I had a great time, but you have got to have better sheets. Every morning I woke up on the mattress with the sheets in a ball

We went to Palm Island by boat many years but no longer have a boat. However we are now renting a villa so that we can be with our boating friends. This is the second year

Very friendly & helpful girls taking the reservation. Our condo was well furnished & clean. Nicely decorated & resonablly priced. We would stay again.

Very nice, less expensive, access to beach

It was fun to get away w/ out going too far this past Thanksgiving weekend. We kayak, and the local water was beautiful. It was a short drive to Don Pedro State Park & Placida. The shuttleboat captain was very friendly & was always on time. Leverock's & Rum Bay Restaurants had terrific food & the staffs were very friendly & professional. We would definitely go back to the Resort for a weekend.

The room was neat and clean and it had all the amenities you needed for a time away from home. The location by the marina was great. We were able to meet with our friends who came by boat. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice place. Helpful marina staff and very clean rooms. Room could use some simple maintenance / repair.

The only problem was a musty smell in the condo that I used 1113. I think that needs to be addressed. Everything else was great.

Wonderful,relaxing, peaceful, clean, and beautiful! We had an amazing week in unit 1110. Everything is updated and the view was amazing. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We were there with a boat club - we stayed in a condo - i think the staff and resort did a great job.

Very enjoyable. Beautiful room with great view. Computer down for check in.
