Excellent Location, great staff who were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast and excellent coffee. Nice roof terrace on which to enjoy a glass of wine in the sun.
Rooms were small(ish) and bathrooms were basic (but very clean). Parking is available but comes as a separate cost and like most Spanish towns it is very difficult to park anywhere else locally. So make sure you have reserved a parking space.

Excellent location, walking distance to the city centre and 8 minutes driving from my favourite beach. Bed and pillows comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfast was nice and the orange juice delicious.
The only bad thing I can say is that people close to me were a bit loud and I could hear them sometimes.

Great location, nice staff, enjoyable stay
Wifi not working, strange pillar in the middle of the room, no view.

The room was spotless and comfortable with a small balcony in the bedroom and another one for the ensuite both looking out onto a main road but with windows and shutters to keep the light and noise out when needed. The location is excellent for access to restaurants, bars, shops and the old town. One "secret" bonus is the hotel's roof terrace on the third floor, accessible for all residents. It had sun recliners, tables and chairs, and lovely views of the sea, river, town rooftops, hills and plains. Another bonus is the restaurant, which is really busy with locals especially at lunch time - always a good sign - and where we had a pleasant dinner.
The water pressure is a bit irregular but you have to expect that in an old Spanish building.

I really Liked the friendly welcome from the check in lady! She was working, Really hard on a holiday and was very helpful with regards of of my bike, being safely stored!
The accomodation is really well equipped! Beautiful views from above! Great value and great staff! I'm a terrible sleeper, so maybe others, wouldn't be as distressed! !Noise from the restaurant, only in the morning! I was awake from 6AM.

I liked everything about this hotel, especially the restaurant! 10+

The staff was super friendly, the restaurant had a lot of plants and was super pleasant. We did not have breakfast included and they had a cheaper breakfast option (no buffet but a toast, juice and coffee) which I thought was quite smart. Beautiful terrace on top of the building.
We requested single beds and got an only bed that wasn´t super big. We asked for parking but at arrival they told us there were no more spots available.

It was wonderful. Outstanding for me was the personnel, which was not only extremely professional but also super friendly and helpful.
It was clean enough to walk without socks and the bed was comfortable.
The only improvable aspect was the WiFi, which was not covering my room and the rooftop well enough for my expectations.
WiFi coverage couldve been better.

Nice hotel. The roof terrace has big potential even if the weather was not right at our visit. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel is 10 min walk from the beach.
The breakfast was slightly plain. But we think it could be that it was low season and we were the only guests.

spotlessly clean, very friendly staff & very good location.
parking was a minute or 2 walk from the hotel but really this didn’t affect us but note some other clients may want it on site.

The overall quality of the room was great, very clean and breakfast was included for a very reasonable rate. Staff were nice and overall I was happy with the stay. For just the 1 night it was fine.
The sound travels into the room from the corridor/other rooms very easily. I did sleep well once everyone had stopped moving around etc. Parking can be a hassle, so I paid extra (7 Euro) to park in their own car park that is about 100yds away.

Very nice hotel, with great restaurant. Location is close to the old center where gets very lively in the evening. Also offers nice parking space.

Clean. About ten minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is a good climb up from the beach.
There was no view from the hotel room and it was quite dark and dated. The staff were somewhat aloof. The place was lacking in atmosphere both in the hotel and at the restaurant. The parking was expensive at 10 euros a day particularly when it was a secure open / uncovered courtyard away from the hotel with no protection for vehicles . We were on a solo motorcycle.Due to the heat we left clothing on the bike to protect it.

The entire experience exceeded expectations as I booked it as an additional en-route stop at what i thought was a budget price. It is not in the most popular of resorts in the area, however, it is a hidden gem. A beautiful 'de la Frontera' town, as indeed, they all are. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful and on hand at what seemed every minute, whether checking in, buying a drink at the bar or being served in the fantastic restaurant. BTW, despite having only three floors, this small property has one of the quickest and most efficient lifts I have ever stepped foot in!!
There is literally nothing negative that I could add from my experience

Ideally situated in the center of town. We paid extra to use their private car park. It was great having a roof top terrace to relax.
