Ein herzlicher Empfang und wir konnten 2Nachte bleiben und auch unsere Räder sicher abstellen. Haben wegen einem Unwetter spontan gebucht. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung war alles vorhanden. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Schöne Aussicht auf den See.

Farmhouse

Host made space on the driveway for my car and met me and showed me all of the facilities. Nice rural location and cost effective.

There were a few large spiders in the room that I had to relocate outside, part of living in a farmhouse but be aware if you are afraid of spiders.

Freundlich, auch für Hunde, groß und günstig, mit hervorragendem Frühstück.

Wunderbares, sehr geräumiges und für den Preis ganz hervorragendes Zimmer. Das Schloss des Badezimmer hat nur bedingt funktioniert und war am Ende so zu, dass weder wir noch die Gastgeber es noch zu öffnen geschafft hätten. Wir haben dann ihr privates Badezimmer nutzen und das köstliche Frühstück kostenlos genießen dürfen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon, auf dem das Frühstück serviert wird, ist ein einziger Traum.

Die Familie liebt Hunde. Deshalb fühlt sich ein Gast, der mit Hunden kann, hier wohl.

Good value, idyllic stay

Friendly host, great location for a quiet stay on the side of Lake Skadar. We had breakfast one day and was good value for money and very authentic. Also cute dogs!

Exceptional

Simply put: We liked everything. It was a perfect little, quiet place with an amazing view and wonderful hosts. Every morning we had lovely chats with one of the hosts, Ivan, who not only is knowledgeable in many topics (including but not limited to things we wondered about things we saw in Montenegro) but he also took the time to advise us about places to go etc. Sadly we weren't able to do anything on our to do list because the road leading up to the house was small and took a lot of energy (even by car) but nonetheless we had an amazing trip because of how amazing this place was. It may seem like I'm exaggerating but honestly I'm not. We loved the animals, the room had everything we needed and if we experienced problems we could always call the hosts and they'd come fix it for us. Also the breakfast was wonderful, even I as a picky eater loved it. We do want to go back to Montenegro to do all the things we came here for, and maybe then we'll stay here a couple nights again too. 10/10 would recommend.

Authentic and relaxing stay

It is a very nice farm house owned by a sweet family. Being there, you become a member of the family and of course you’ll enjoy the company of cute dogs and goats. The location is great because it is not on the main road so it is quiet night and day, and has a magnificent view over the lake Skadar. It is a 45-minute walk to Virpazar, the closest touristic village. So if you don’t like to walk, you need a car or taxi or bike or just hitchhike :) The breakfast prepared by the mother is very delicious with local and even farm products, yummy, it’s highly recommended!

Seeing 2 dogs attached was saddening, it’s a practice done in some farms that we don’t support. The small kitchenette can be more equipped (microwave, induction hobs) so guests can prepare their own dinner easier.

I stayed only 1 night and enjoyed my stay, even if the room is pretty simple!

- Simple, but spacious room/ apartment - Great view of the lake, cool rural setting - Fairly clean (even though it could have been cleaner) - The host was a very nice and welcoming boy (even if not the quickest to respond to messages)

- the bathroom is very small, ok for a few nights i guess - Worst thing: no fly nets on the windows! Being in a farm, there were a lot of flies in the room…

Ivan is friendly, the place is confortable and very clean. The view from de balcony is gorgeous, and the village of godinje is well located as it is not a long ride on the very small roads that surrounder Skadar lake. There is a beach not far away.

We found the surroundings and view as well as the quiet in the apart ment very nice. The "Godinje Beach" with a stone beach was a bit difficult to reach, but the effort was well worth it.

Unfortunately, there is only a sparse facility apart from the mini fridge, which is next to the bed and thus heats up the room a lot.

Great home stay in the country

Very good value for the spacious room with private bathroom. Great talking to Ivan too who was off from uni. Would have liked to try the home cooking but didn't have the opportunity. Will try for next time.

The flies, but can't be helped as it's the countryside. Swatted a couple but wouldn't have minded the low tech sticky tape trap to hinder the annoyance.

best thing for us is the opportunity to learn about Montenegro on a more personal level through interesting conversations with our young host, who was such lovely companion during our home-cooked meals at the guesthouse.

a water kettle in the room would be very much appreciated. we would also like to try more local produces for the breakfast.

no luxury, but a real experience, a true feeling of beautiful nature and the local area. we liked it very much, especially our children. we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the evening and listening the sounds of nature. very kind and helpful host.

Chill on the farm

The house is lovely located and has a great view on Skoder Lake and mountains. There are chicken, dogs, and other animals, all surrounded by the nature❤️ Owners family is super nice and friendly.

I will take the time to write a long review, because this family deserves it. They are the kindest people we have ever met on our travels, and we have traveled a lot. A future guest must understand, this is not a hotel or a resort, and that's why it's so amazing. It's a farm house in a small mountain village, and once you arrive, you're part of a family. Chickens, goats, fruit trees everywhere, and two lovely dogs. Great view over the lake. Vineyards all over the place. And a lovely family who will help you with anything and make you feel at home. We actually ended up staying here much longer than planned. And we will definitely come back some time; as friends. Thank you for everything and take care of each other!

It's a really big detached house, where live the owner family. We lived in upstairs (has own stairs). Family is realy kind people, the younger son speak english fluently. He told some historical facts and stories about Montenegro and nation of Montenegro. The view is great onto the lake.

Wonderful experience

The village and the area are simply stunning. The hosts, especially Ivan are really great and supportive. They will go the extra mile to help you. The view from our place was amazing The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious. We had the chance to taste some wonderful local dishes. This place is for people who enjoy rural sites. Simple life. Thank you for a great experience.

A local experience

Amazing and sweet hosts that were prepared to help with everything. Lovely goats, chickens and two small dogs. A wonderfull and expansive breakfast. They even took us for free to the train station in Virpazar. Beautifull views.

Only downside was that there was no sueprnarket or restaurant close by on foot, so bring some dinner with you!

The hosts have good intentions. And for sure they are good people There is a good wifi and also a small fridge From the small balcony a view of the lake. Just keep in mind that it is within an agricultural area and in a meadow - and there are lots of insects

The hosts were not present while we arrived, and without the assistance of a neighbor we would not have entered. - They must upgrade the quality and appearance of the room

Hosts are very friendly. The Apartment is nice and affordable. It has a view at Skadar lake and sky full of stars at night :) Breakfast is great, local products and vegetables from host’s garden. Hosts can organize you boat trip at affordable price.

4 km away from Virpazar but not a problem at all especially if you prefer wild nature over tourist place

We had amazing stay in Farm house! Apartmant is new, and very clean. Beautiful nature, and breathtaking view over the lake. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. We had very delicious dinner and breakfast. We will come back for sure :) All recomendations.
