Easy check in and check out. Clean and cute apartment. Bed was very comfortable.

Make sure you don't leave anything in the room when you check out. There is no one on site to let you back in right away.

Very poor cleanliness where we had to go buy our own sheets and comforter (was given a 50$ gift card which was nice to cover the cost), no ceiling lights in bedrooms or living room, garbage disposal didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, and when reporting issues a robot responded.

Two rooms at separate sides of the living room. Each room had a TV., bathroom. Equipped kitchen. locked WiFi.

Generally good standard of apartment - However looking a little tired, blinds were broken and cooking hob needs repairing

Communication is terrible - I am still waiting for a response reference the cancellation/funds return. We booked an apartment and cancelled it, but received no response to our question regarding full refund - we booked, paid for and used a larger apartment there

We had a very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment for the cost of a mid-range hotel room. The linens were clean and the kitchen had the necessary utensils and tools.

Apartment inside was nice and clean. Very comfy.

The front door is hard to open. The apartment is very humid and smells musty. The building itself and hallway to reach the apartment looks run down. Staff is not friendly or helpful at all. They will not go the extra mile to make you feel welcome or friendly to make you willing to come back.

The room is nice and clean but the pool is not heated and there is no one to help you with anything

The room was very clean

The pool is NOT heated and was missing water + dirty . There is no security at this "hotel" not safe at night. They tell you not to make noise but the area is extremely noisy. Really it depends on what amount you paid for the room , for the area it's in you should pay too much.

Everything was just perfect! Clean and comfortable apartment. Looked new. Loved the kitchen - everything that we needed for a short stay was available. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. I would stay there again if I go back to the area. It was easy to communicate with the staff. We enjoyed the wine time at their clubhouse as well.

The washing machine looks new but it was loud.

Easy parking and access. Clean facilities and nice big useable kitchen.

The staff and communication was fabulous! Really enjoyed the stay!

The location was perfect! Close to shopping, dinner and entertainment.

The unit was not as updated as the photos.. still good and comfortable but could you an uplift for the pricing of unit.

Noisy washing machine. The area to the stairs and the hallway outside the entrance door felt depressing. Pointy bed corners.

Everything- many of the properties fixtures and fittings appeared new. Everything was clean and tidy, it was spacious and had every amenity that we required. Our request for an early arrival was granted immediately. We especially appreciated all the extras like plentiful supply of coffee, washing machine and washer tablets etc. Of the many rental properties we have been in : this was the best. Kasa keep this up.

nicely furnished, very clean, all necessities for an apartment, pretty quiet

No Elevators!!! My very old and frail mother had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. She can hardly walk!

I left before my check day!

No breakfast, tv channel selection was limited and useless.

Tv, sugar ants everywhere, leak under toilet, design of the bathroom doors. No local tv available, only subscribers like Hulu, YouTube. A stay with no live sports, weather, horrible!
