Soggiorno gradevole . Ci tornerei. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Tutto ben organizzato e professionale. Camera comoda , bagno adeguato e moderno. Diversi elettrodomestici presenti: televisione , climatizzatore, phon, macchina per fare caffe’ e brioche 🥐. Ombrello a disposizione.

Posizione strategica

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cordialità e la disponibilità del proprietario La struttura si trova a due passi dalla stazione di calenzano e alle strade principali, ciononostante è nascosta strategicamente da tanto verde tanto da credere di stare in mezzo alla campagna La abbiamo scelta per visitare il centro di Firenze in autonomia senza avere il peso della macchina in centro città, con la stazione poco distante (letteralmente 160m) non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema La stanza era pulita, così come il bagno completo di biancheria, kit di cortesia e asciugacapelli. A nostra disposizione c'era una colazione self-service in camera con cialde per il caffè, bollitore con varie bustine di tè/camomilla, 6 merendine confezionate, così come posate e apribottiglie. In più, nel frigo, due bottigliette d'acqua e un cartoncino di latte. La stanza si può lasciare in qualsiasi momento (entro l'orario consentito) grazie al self check-out, comodo nel caso bisogna partire molto presto la mattina

Nonostante prima di arrivare alla camera ci fossero due porte da aprire con la chiave, di cui una blindata, e ci fosse stato riferito che nella stanza accanto non ci fosse nessuno(all'interno della porta blindata c'era un corridoio con due porte, di cui una era la nostra stanza)avremmo gradito una chiave personale per la nostra porta, di cui era sprovvista. In più, tornando, la sera, abbiamo visto la luce attraverso il buco della porta accanto alla nostra e voci provenire dall'interno. Non crediamo qualcuno sia entrato in camera, ma purtroppo non abbiamo gradito la situazione. Nonostante questo piccolo neo, facilmente risolvibile, prenderemmo volentieri in considerazione la struttura nel caso in cui dovessimo pianificare nuovamente un viaggio in zona.

Superb

I had a nicely arranged apartment, with a very ingenious "hidden" kitchen in a closet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want. Even too many appliances... We had coffee, tea and various pastries/sweets. Parking in the yard. The location is very close to a huge commercial center, and there is another Carefour nearby. It is located near the train station. The train to Florence costs 2.8 Euros.

It was 15k out of Florence, 20 minutes by train, but a very short walk to the home. Breakfast was very simple, rolls and coffe/tea in the room. The room itself had been recently redone and was well kept. The host Mauro was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.

Excellent value, caring owners, providing coffee and cakes.

Very authentic, rustic place, with excellent facilities, proper shower, and very helpful owners.

Entrance to property at roundabout, hard for some cars to drive in, and turn back into traffic.

Good location with reachable train station, shopping center and many restaurants etc. Hosts were very nice and helpful and even let us to checkout later when we were fixing a problem on our car. Would recommend to everyone!

This place offers all you need for a short stay. The greatest advantages are: the hosts, who were very friendly and always willing to help, the location, just five minutes away from the railway station in Calenzano, where you can get on a train to Firenze, and a quiet space at the back of the house, where you can leave your car, and also enjoy a drink in the evening :)

The host was so nice and helped us with everything we needed and the location has private parking. The location is close to some great restaurants and you have fast access to Florence. The building is an old & beautiful one, but the room is modern, which is amazing.

The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, but nothing too bad. You can get a good night sleep.

comfortable & relaxing

This is a gem of a place to stay, spotlessly clean & everything you would need ( lots of coffee pods for coffee machine plus l plenty of tea bags plus a fridge with a carton of fresh milk & bottles of water) There was a tray of breakfast bakeries which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. The bathroom was well equipped with a good shower & lots of towels provided …. being only a 3 min walk to the station it’s a great location for exploring Florence

Authentic Italian accommodation close to Florence

Everything was perfect: - Amazing authentic building - Perfectly equipped apartment, where you can feel, that owners are taking care of their guests - Comfortable parking - Great Location - close to railway station (trains to Florence are available every hour), nice cafe or a big mall My appreciation to owner, who was very respectful and friendly during our stay at place

The host was friendly and communicative at all times, the house truly was a dream: the rooms were really spacious and neatly clean. There is a private parking place at the property and the train station was very close too. A perfect place to stay if you want to go and visit Florence. It was a pleasure to stay there. Nice apparnent close to Florence

The host was kind and very flexable with the check in hour. Appartment was big and well decorate. Close to Gigli mall and to main road. 30 minutes from Florence by car
