Lage, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft (Ich hatte vor dem Checkout meine Halskette im Zimmer vergessen, was sofort gemerkt und gemeldet wurde, so dass ich sie abholen konnte. Danke!)

Zimmer sauber aber eher alt, müsste mal renoviert werden. Ich hatte zwar eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, aber weder Tasse noch Kaffeezubehör. In der zweiten Nacht viel Lärm durch andere Gäste.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel an bester Lage

Ein tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage von Neuchâtel. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und es hatte alles was man brauchte. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus.

Well placed hotel to explore the area.

Excellent location between the main railway station and the town centre; Its uphill to the railway station down to the town centre. If you don't fancy the walk there is a frequent trolleybus service.

Bed was a little creaky and basic. Room is basic; only one plug point for the room so bring a decent length USB cable if you want the phone close to your bed.

Bon hôtel pour des séjours courts, propre, calme

Pour un voyage de travail, la situation géographique (proche de la gare) est idéale. La chambre était très grande et propre, ainsi que la salle de bains, le lit était extrêmement confortable.

La lumière principale dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas ce qui rendait la chambre un peu sombre. De plus, j'aurais apprécié la présence d'un sèche-cheveux et d'une bouilloire (non seulement une machine à café). Mais ce ne sont que des petits détails. Autre petit bémol : le petit-déjeuner n'est disponible qu'à partir de 7:30 h. Moi, qui ai dû prendre le train à 7 h, je n'ai malheureusement pas pu en profiter.

Sorry, Hotel? Das ganze Gebäude gehört vollständig saniert. Diverse Gerüche, die man wirklich nicht wahrnehmen möchte. Schätze das Alter der Badewanne mit ekligen Duschvorhang auf 30 Jahre, die Emalierung kaputt geputzt.....

Weekend à Neuchâtel

Le petit déjeuner, hors de prix mais très bon et personnel agréable. Chambre de grande dimension.

Chambre très vétuste, sol et peinture très abîmés. Froide et bruyante, les huisseries anciennes étant détériorées. Aucun équipement, pas même un sèche cheveux disponible seulement à la réception.

L’emplacement et la vue

Des traces de vomis sur les WC (photo à l’appui), les verres manquaient (nous sommes allés en chercher à l’accueil, pas de dosettes de café et une dosette de crème ouverte… aucun geste commercial, pas assez de places de parking (mais bon, cela reste dérisoire par rapport aux WC)

Propreté, confort du lit, chambre spacieuse, personnel disponible et sympathique, situation de l’hôtel centrale

Seulement deux doses pour la machine à café dans la chambre, un duvet et des oreillers supplémentaires à disposition dans la chambre est toujours agréable, mettre à disposition des produits de douche sans emballage dans la douche et savon idem.

Would not advice this hotel to anybody else

Very poor! Most of the breakfast was not available (e.g., no bread). After 20 minutes they provided only two baquettes, where all the guest had to eat from. Eggs tasted horrible. Very bad service.

Staff was not interested in the quests. Rooms were loud. Breakfast was really poor!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, la décoration de la réception et du coin petit déjeuner.

Le matelas et coussins étaient trop durs à mon goût (avis personnel et complètement différent pour chaque personne), il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans la chambre aux coins des murs. Dommage pour le sèche-cheveux qu’il faudrait éventuellement changer, celui-ci chauffe vite et au bout d’un moment, on n’arrive plus à le tenir en mains.

Zweckmäßig aber auch nicht mehr

Es hatte einen mini Balkon, der war witzig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, ca. 6 Minuten zum Bahnhof, ca. 6 Minuten zum See.

Im ganzen Gebäude liegt ein zu parfumierter Duft in der Luft, ich fand ihn sehr unangenehm. Unser Zimmer war schon eher heruntergekommen. Der Laminatboden ist ziemlich verschoben und leider war er auch nicht sauber, hatte diverse Flecken. Das Badezimmer mit vielen defekten Ecken und Kanten, könnte mal repariert werden. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, mann hört jedes kleinste Geräusch. Auch die Strasse hört mann mega gut.

It seems that the hotel is reducing its former services to the detriment of the customer. I had booked an economy room for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned even once during the entire stay. Although I understand that they could be saving on these services in the economy rooms, but they should at least inform the customers during check-in or during the booking. The tourist card which allows one to get around Neuchâtel was also not provide during check-in as they had none available.

Good location but breakfast could be better. Also suggest to have a ramp in addition to the stairs going to the elevator

Proximity to the city and the lake. Room was seems more spacious than expected and the furnitures were simple yet clean. Blue zone Parking was easy to find.

Breakfast could be improved because they serve mostly cold cuts, fruits & cereals were not that fresh/crunchy, and the incidentally the coffee machine was broken at the time of our stay. Also, in the evening there’s a sound that feels like someone’s opening the door. It could be when people are walking outside the corridor / upstairs. Also suggest to have a ramp going up the elevator.

Super bien situé, personnel aux petits oignons, chambre bien insonorisée.

Le personnel est aux petits oignons, particulièrement accueillant et gentil. Le réceptionniste nous a proposé des billets gratuits pour visiter la ville et nous déplacer gratuitement en transports en commun. La chambre était très insonorisée malgré qu'elle soit située au dessus d'une rue passante. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre malgré des lits un peux vétustes à mon goût.

La literie un peu vétuste et pas de parking privé pour l'hôtel. Il faut se débrouiller avec les parkings avoisinants.

the rooms are horrible, no refrigerator, air conditioner, no glasses for water, it was 35 degrees outside and the room has no air conditioning and it is impossible to sleep in it, we didn't sleep all night and we couldn't wait for the morning to leave, in short, horrible
