Amazing, relaxing experience! Total luxury!

Amazing views, exceptional service and staff (Niccola was wonderful at breakfast—very helpful and cheerful), concierge was extremely helpful and flexible, amazing breakfast with breathtaking views, private beach with helpful staff—it was all wonderful!

Nothing really—this place exceeded our expectations! However, there are some renovations still going on but they are not disruptive and will be welcomed (for example, I think a better path to the lovely pool will be forthcoming—it is a bit out of the way)

Best customer experience i ever see in Italy for the last 7 year of summer traveling

Oh , i don't know what to start from . First of all Hotel customer experience . Starting top 2 down . Ceo/Owner Mauricio welcoming every member at the door when u arriving. Than Atmosphere is starts : small tour over the hotel facilities , detailed explanation of what and where and how to use . especially pointing a free services like 80% of mini bar , free water taxi or private shuttle (until late night ) to nearest cities , free cookies and soft drinks all over the territories . Restaurant dinner reservation its like a small documental movie with special small surprises for every guest who left any piece of information about reason of the traveling . Private beach with all u need as towel and umbrellas and again free cold water bottles updated every 30 minute. Before than arrival i have send them info about celebration of our 15 years anniversary and Mauricio did crazy move - he upgrade us to Junior suite with private terrace (strongly suggested if u can afford ) , so our stay turned into dream holiday . But Mauricio is not the one who creating this . Tana - manager of facility , Chef - unfortunately i forgot his name , Our waitress - Aylin (beautiful service , smile , jokes ). Franchesko - beach service , Enzo - Boat driver - in a 10 minute ride i knew about Amalfi cost more than if i hire a guide with me .

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The facilities, the management, the staff, the food, the scenery and decor everything was of the highest quality. The owner and management are always available and take time to greet and meet the guests on a daily basis. Attention to detail and quality was one of the best I have ever experienced.

A true five-star experience! The hotel itself is a work of art, the location incredible and the staff exceptional. From the owner Maurizio's personal touch, to the Manager Amato going out of his way to help, Marco at the Beach Club and Giuseppe & Francesco at Restaurant Alici, the service was outstanding. Such a special place, highly recommended.

This hotel is exceptional. We stayed for 6 nights and in our experience the level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and simply couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The decor is simply beautiful and the views are nothing short of amazing.

Exemplary ownership, incredible GM, world class style.

Breakfast was unequalled with the worlds most experienced, lovely and friendly staff. The location is incredible and you won’t find a more beautiful beach club with the sun all day long on the Amalfi coast. This is quite simply the most exceptional hotel. The architecture, design and attention to detail is quite astonishing. We will be back!

The Greatest Hotel ever!

Borgo Santandrea was a incredible. This hotel went above and beyond to take care of my wife and I. We went there for our honeymoon and the manager, Maurizio, made our experience memorable. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel and all the resources we had access to, was perfect. The entire location and hotel was magnificent. We felt like we were in a dream every moment. The breakfast served in our room and the buffet by the kitchen was delicious and perfect. The restaurants in Borgo were amazing with gorgeous views to have dinner by. Borgo also provides a water taxi to reach Amalfi center. The location is just perfect with 40 minutes away from Postino. Borgo Santandrea exceeded all my expectations this hotel is a 10 star hotel! i cant wait to go back and create more memories.

A stunning luxury stay on the beautiful Amalfi coast

The Borgo Santandrea is breathtakingly beautiful. The location is stunning, watching the sunrise in the morning from our balcony was a wonderful start to the day. The interior is stylish, inviting and everything has been well considered. We had our room upgraded to a suite with a private plunge pool and we just didn’t want to leave. The staff were fabulous without exception, providing faultless service and going above and beyond. We took the boat into Amalfi from the hotel a couple of times, a great way to admire the coastline. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning, cocktails then dinner in the evening… the food and the setting were perfection.

Only that we had to leave…

The property has the best combination of views and beach. It is by far the best hotel in amafil coast. me and my wife got to meet the staff including the hotel manager they all work as a family which makes the property exceptional. the pictures are exactly as they are in reality

Luxury personified with attention to our every need catered for.

Breakfast was fantastic. Full buffet that left you spoiled for choice and additional items on order if you wanted them. Juices, fruit, pastries, omelets - all top quality.

The Coffee. Not strong enough and even though we asked for double espresso in a cappuccino - they didn't quite get it right.

This hotel one of the best in the world. The smiling faces of the staff is a pleasure to see everyday. The facilities, private beach, the rooms, the restaurants and food and the service is second to none! Simply amazing hotel. Nothing is too hard for this team. From making cocktails at the bar, to providing an amazing pizza by the beach! The weather was not the best when we arrived with some rainy days and the team were fast to provide cooking classes for guests to keep them entertained! Breakfast is perfect as is the atmosphere and location! Simply loved this place. We want to thank Maurizio, Tano and the Borgo team for making our stay wonderful...! We miss the Amalfi Spritzer!

Glamorous hotel, exceptional stay and time of our lives.

The hotel was beyond stunning and we could not have had a better honeymoon here. The staff were friendly, the restaurants fantastic, and the views incredible. It has recently been renovated to exceptional standard and it really shows: the attention to detail was phenomenal. We visited some of the other luxury hotels in Amalfi and all others seemed stuffy and old-fashioned in comparison. You won't regret it.

Best hotel on the Amalfi coast

Absolutely stunning hotel with no detail overlooked. We had the most incredible time at Borgo Santandrea hotel from the breakfast daily to the immaculate grounds and the breathtaking views from every corner of the hotel. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. The hotel also has a private beach club and free private boat/car transfer to the nearby town of Amalfi which we really enjoyed - at some point we canceled our plans and decided to spend our vacay enjoying the property. The rooms are modern, spacious and we loved the decor. We cant wait to be back!

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very attentive and the property is stunning. Two great restaurants and the bar with some special cocktails is the cherry on the top of everything. Loved the beach club.

The stay at Borgo Santandrea was wonderful the location is breathtaking and the love and heart with which this hotel was renovated and designed with great attention to detail is impressive. Although it is a hotel, it feels more like coming "home" to friends..The welcome and service from the entire team is personal, warm and exceptional. The ambience is exclusive and private. My son and I really enjoyed the days and will be back..Thank you.

Amazing hotel experience

best hotel ever! absolute faultless hotel ,every corner a work of art. Room was superb with views over the amalfi coast. Bed was extra comfy. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing with every possible breakfast dish avail. best omelette i have ever had ! BRAVO BORGO!!!!
