Modern room, great shower and especially, amazing views of London
Maybe breakfast option's, but I understand the keeping of the menu concise.
10.0
Awesome outside seating area when the weather is nice. The bed and mattress are ridiculously comfortable I think that’s the best night sleep I’ve had in ages! Room is really clean and beautifully decorated with everything in there you could need.
2 really small gripes - Nescafé coffee in the bedroom everything else looks great and then you have the cheapest, nastiest coffee going in the room. Second thing was the fire alarm in the the morning wasn’t great but you can’t help other guests incompetence.

Comfortable bed, clean, well decorated, friendly, helpful staff
Lots of stairs and no lift. Room quite small but still nice

Great location
Room was small.

The location was perfect for us
The wallpaper in the bathroom was hanging off

Rooms were clean . Bed was comfy . Staff were brilliant

Location, the beer, decor. Quiet despite being on a very busy corner
Still trying to think of something….perhaps some nicer biscuits in the room
3.0
The bar with outside terrace was a good
The bathroom and room were clean
The stafff were mostly friendly and helpful
The managers took the issues with the room seriously were understanding and agreed to compensate
The accomodation was a bit of a disaster while the room and bathroom were ok & clean the Twin Room was up on 3rd floor and was very hot and stuffy. Unfortunately Air conditioing(AC) didnt work & despite flagging as soon as we arrived aftrer repeated attempts they were unable to repair and during the 2nd night the red and orange fault warning lamp flashed the whole night. This explained why a previous guest had stuck a plaster over it....so it had been faulty before we arrived
Had to leave windows open so was exposed to traffic noise which combined with stuFfy room meant we got little sleep
Poor bathroom ventilation (manual skylight) meant that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off
The window blind was broken
The card lock repeatedly malfunctioned
The 21:30 food order cut off was limiting.

Despite the location and the pub below my room on the third floor was perfectly quiet. Comfortable with nice decor.

Our room was a great size and the bed really comfortable. The air-conditioner was excellent as was the shower, with nice shampoos etc. Tea and coffee were generous. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere with an ousided eating area as well as inside dining and staff were very helpful and friendly. It is close to two railway stations and opposite Crystal Palace Park. There is a small supermarket nearby and a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area.
There is no lift so getting suitcases upstairs is hard work. Having chairs/couch in the room would be good.

Westow House was outstanding with large rooms, fully renovated, some with couchs, others table and chairs, split system air-conditioning, great views, good restaurants, excellent food. They have a lovely outdoor eating area and quiz nights, as well as a children's room on weekends. There is a lovely function room utilised as a work centre during the day and overflow at night.
Close to train stations, and a bus stop outside. 25 minutes to London on one train and they run constantly.
There is an abundance of convenience stores, restaurants and general shopping around and we felt very safe at night.
The Crystal Palace Gardens are across the road with a popular Cafe.
The stairs were good exercise but the staff were helpful if you weren't demanding

Good location, easy to find. Comfortable room, friendly staff
Traffic noise was more intrusive than expected.

Location great but NO parking in what is one of the busiest places I’ve ever stayed at
The character of the building

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, had the best night sleep in a long time!
Room perfectly quiet too, despite the bustling bar beneath
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are back in the area!

Breakfast was good value. Very quiet despite being on main road. The staff were very helpful.
The mattress was way too soft and it was a bit dissapointing there was no chair to sit on also it was a bit strange to have to hang your clothes on and putting wall paper in a bathroom is never a good idea.
10.0
It was luxury, the shower was amazing and the whole experience and room was comfy and luxurious.
I would have prefered some coffee (not decaff) in the room
5.0
Location was good close to Crystal park and public transport.
I stayed at third floor and there was no air condoning. The room was very hot. We had two fans running all night and the room never cooled down. There was not other rooms available and the staff explanation was that the air conditioning doesn’t work at third floor because is an old building. Another problem I had was with the room Key. It didn’t work. I was going up and down to from the third floor to the front desk to get the room key. After the attempts I was told the battery needed to be replaced and I needed to wait until next day for the maintenance team.
The staff was friendly. The property is old and has no elevator.

Location excellent for Crystal Palace Bowl
Incredibly noisy, rooms are right above function room . Forget about sleeping before 12.30 am.
Paid £210 for 1 night B&B, complained at time and messaged the place direct but no reply , no money off

Staff not friendly or helpful and room poor for price of £185

Price on high side

Good English breakfast. Very good windows glazing, be sure although they look to a main street, no noise could be heard from the room.
Nothing in particular. A bit pricey for the location.

The staff were super friendly and sorted us out really quickly even though the bar was busy. The room was really really nice, with a view of the London skyline in the distance. Even though the room is attached to/above a pub it was super quiet, even with the windows open.
9.0
Generous breakfast, prepared to order.
Only factors that couldn't be controlled (between 2 rooms) ie traffic noise and constant sound from, I guess the air conditioning unit outside, for the whole building perhaps? Though grew used to it.
8.0
Really cosy place.
The shower tray overflowed quite badly- otherwise it’s was beautiful

Room was great, a good size and very quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lively pub and friendly, welcoming staff
good connections for trains but overall, the location was a little bit far out for central London.

Me and me dog were made to feel so welcome in this gorgeous boutique hotel. The staff (particularly Ella) were so welcoming. Definitely coming back again.
Nothing negative of note.

The room was a decent size
The whole place was nice & clean
The staff are really friendly & helpful
The restaurant is very allergen friendly
Great views from the top floor!
Lots of stairs if you are on the top floor!
The air con didn't work in my room (not usually a problem for the UK but during my stay it was required!)
If you had the windows open, it was very noisy, through most of the night
