This hotel is not worth the money.

Location is good, near the city center. Beach is also nice and clean. Thanks to the hotel managers who changed our room to a bigger one and we’re trying to help with everything and were really nice

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt more like staying in a hostel. First of all, the standard rooms are very small and have absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors as if they are right in the room with you, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Secondly, the poolside parties go on until 2 AM with blaring live music, followed by dreadful electronic music. The noise is unbearable, making it impossible to sleep until it all ends. It seems the management doesn't care that people come here to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in a 5-star hotel. Instead, the service and environment feel like you've paid $50 a night, not $400. Overall, a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Красивая территория, хороший пляж, отличный бассейн, хороший спа, разнообразный завтрак.

Плохая шумоизоляция в номерах, слышно и соседние номера, и коридор, и улицу буд-то стен нет. В номере за 8 ночей проживания - ни разу не помыли полы. в целом внимание за номером низкое, в один день меняют полотенце, в другой нет, и так далее.

Nice hotel and location

Nice room and great location from marina

There could be more variety of food, fresh seafood/meat options made on the outdoor grill would be great for lunches. We noticed that appetisers costed more than the main dishes at the beach bar and the portions were very small. The website said the beach bar had sushi but it was not on the menu. The hotel could offer a shuttle service to the marina as we could not book ahead local taxis and often had to wait around 30 minutes for taxis making us late for dinner reservations. There should be complimentary water offered at the beach as most 5 star resorts provide this. The music at the beach was often quite loud and did not fit the relaxing vibe of the hotel.

1- The beach is full with slippery and sharp stones. I got my feet injured from these stones. 2- The scary street doges are moving around the hotel which terrified my family. 3- the location is very isolated and in a dark area. The road was dark and risky. No any facilities or shops in the area. 4- Not safe hotel, they took my car to Park, when I wanted to get my car, they took long time and when I insessted to get my car, they brought another car similar to my car which I assumed it was somebody else car. The receptionist came to wait with me trying to engaged me and waisting the time. I was not sure what was happening to my car. 5- The hotel not welcoming tourists from outside Turkey. 6- Lots of hidden charges, they claim that children stay free, then when we arrived they charged me £240. I tried to see the manger, they brought somebody telling that because they are not European country, they have different children category as they only consider children under six years as children. This not the case in any European, American or developed country.

It was a nice stay .

The location and the cleanliness and the beach and the decorations and almost everything except few things .

It got more expensive than before , and the whole stay the wifi was not working for all of the hotel .

Perfect stay

Love this property, the location, beach, pool, spa, restaurant and bar! We were made to feel welcomed by every team member from Semih at concierge to Sultan at front office, the team at the restaurant, Muhammet at the beach and the team at the Spa from the minute we arrived up until we left. Thanks to all.

Great place to stay in Bodrum

We had a great time at MGallery, staff were great and friendly. Rooms were good size. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was great. Beach was amazing. The service on the beach was on another level (we have been given cold towels and even they have someone going around asking if someone needs thier sunglasses cleaned ❤️)

We have been given a room next to the elevator corridor/ the lobby and every time someone passes by specially at night you hear everything. One more thing is that the AC keeps disconnecting completely when the desired temperature is reached and there is no way to keep the fans running.

The staff were friendly and approachable. We were even delivered mini treats in the afternoon. The beach experience was lovely as the waters were calm. The spa experience was exceptional.

Great location and nice clean and new hotel with excellent facilities.

The food and drinks are over priced. It is a shame as if they were priced more sensibly then it would encourage people to order more. Whilst the quality of food is good, it shouldn't be as expensive as it is. It is priced like it is the South of France or Amalfi Coast and this is still Turkey.

make sure to get a room without connecting doors

the room was big with good views the breakfast was great the staff were very helpful and friendly

the noise from the room next to us was so loud do to the connecting doors the where partying late in nigh until 3am they wake my baby multiple times and we couldn’t sleep from hearing their conversation

Great experience at M Gallery Hotel

The hotel facilities are excellent and easy access to the beach. no need for buggy .location 8 minutes to yalikavak Marina , very helpful staff 👌 rooms are spacious, especially with balconies. The view is amazing . The artwork in the hotel and at the pool is great

The closet is very small, definitely not enough for 2 people, and the other closet needs a rail so we can hang our dress 👗
