Hotel frente al mar, lástima que ofrece lo que no tiene

Indudablemente la mayor ventaja de este hospedaje es que queda en una playa linda y agradable en la primera ensenada, la cual cuenta con suficientes camas, carpas y sillas para un descanso frente al mar. El bar esta abierto todo el dia, aunque en ocasiones no hay suficientes ingredientes para las bebidas que ofrecen. La comida es otro punto a favor, pues es rica y variada, tipo buffet.

Sin embargo, encontramos varias desventajas, por las cuales no volveríamos: 1-Te ofrecen cocina, pero está en desuso. Tiene nevera pero no esta permitido el ingreso de bebidas, así que no sirve para nada. De hecho, cobran precios irrisorios por "descorche". Nosotros habíamos escogido el apto precisamente para poder usar estos servicios que están en la descripción de Booking, pero aún así, nos advierten en la recepción que están deshabilitados y por todo lado hay letreros sobre la prohibición del ingreso de bebidas. En efecto, te hacen sentir culpable e incómodo cuando sales a la calle y llegas con cualquier paquete, porque piensas que te van a requisar. 2-El baño presenta olor a cañería y se riega el agua por todo el apartamento debido a que la puerta corrediza de la ducha no sirve. Para ser un hotel tan costoso, debería al menos tener ducha, no un tubo tan poco estético y un olor tan fétido. 3-No tiene patio y tampoco se permite extender la ropa en ninguna zona, por lo que se debe ir a la playa a secarla, lo cual es dispendioso. 4-Si estás buscando descansar un fin de semana es imposible, ya que de viernes a domingo ponen música a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la noche y uno se tiene que aguantar, pues el ruido llega tanto a la playa como a las habitaciones, y si eres alguien a quien le encanta la buena música, te sentirás decepcionado. 5-El personal de recepción no es amable en su mayoría, ya que en vez de recibirte con un saludo y una sonrisa, tu eres el que tiene que saludarlos porque andan como malgeniados. En efecto, apenas llegamos bien agotados de un viaje de casi 10 horas por tierra, no nos dieron la bienvenida y nos dijeron con displicencia que quitaramos el carro y lo ubicaramos en otro espacio, como asumiendo que sabíamos cómo eran las dinámicas del establecimiento. Desde ahí empezaron con el pie izquierdo. 6-El televisor que ofrecen no sirven para nada pues se ve pura lluvia e interferencia.

Disappointment

Nice pool, lovely beach, nice guys at the bar.

Very arrogant receptionist, poor wifi, toilet didn’t flush properly, room was humid, window didn’t open, hard uncomfortable bed, buffet dinner boring with only one visit allowed, the whole place needs renovation. Overpriced for what it offers.

Don’t stay here

There was no shower head. All the towels and sheets are stained. It looks like the place has not been painted in twenty years. Everyone that works there except the receptionist was rude and would not even say good morning. The food is overpriced and reheated. We are not very picky, but this place is not what it looks like in the photos. Stay away

we’re not staying on kpre again , nor recommending kpre to friends

they never cleaned our room during the entire stay, the food was not good, the breakfast buffet was always incomplete, the service was slow , the towels were in a very poor state, some were even dirty, not everyone from the staff was nice

Short.

Ok if you want somewhere cheep that is close to the beech it’s ok. But the rooms are cheaply done and are not to a high standard. I left after 10 minutes and stayed down the road.

Good value but..

A good place to stay but a few cons

the beach is amazing and is a comfortable place to stay.

Firstly, the people who approach you in the beach and try to seek you something is really annoying when you try to relax. Also, the attention of the staff was a bit cold and in my opinion they need a bit more of training. Food was very average.

Perfect hotel very pretty and confortable

All space between pool and sea. Have many space to take sun. Really nice to spend some time.

Not much but the hotel need to have some items like hair dryer and iron for clothes.
