Our get away for a short time

It was located in the center of town. We were able to get food.

The drive into the villa was not safe for use. To much wild grass and vacant buildings. Just didn't feel safe

Family Vacay in Azteca Villas

The service, rooms and environment were exceptional. The host was friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed. Whatever wasnt there, they went and got to ensure that we were comfortable. They constantly checked in on us and even brought us local fruits. An excellent place to stay.

The owner was there when we arrived. He is so friendly and very helpful owner. We will definitely come back soon. I already recommended to my friends/ colleagues also. If you are looking for peaceful weekend or super relaxing weekend, this is the place. Actually my fav place in Jamaica :D.

Nice property and a great location close to bars and restaurants

The location was nice and quiet and the Villa was nice and clean the host was amazing. Jefta was very helpful and only one call away! He was attentive and welcoming. I will be returning for my next visit.

Heaven in Treasure Beach

From the booking to departure~ nothing but professionlaism & friendliness! I love Jefta as a point of contact for all our needs. The Villa's are up to date, spacious, quiet, clean, amazing pool. Loved our 5 days there to celebrate my beau's bday.

Totally out of anyones control the road is very bumpy leading back to the Villa's but it's Jamaica so it's expected;)

My stay at the villas were amazing! The host for friendly kind, created a safe and welcoming environment. The grounds are beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Treasure Beach! Close to everything. The host were responsive and very accommodating. I couldn’t have found a better experience anywhere. My family and I will definitely staying here again

An oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the design, the hispanic designs, decor and detail of the villa. Oh! And I looove the pool. The customer service was A1!. Totally worth the money!!!!

This is my 2nd time at the villas and could not recommend them enough 😀 Jefta and his family make us all feel so welcome

loving all the new additions including the music box, the safe, the canopy and all the new layout of the garden, including the aloe Vera plant that we planted last year 😀

Great place. Good price. Will visit again.

Jefta, our local caretaker, met us as arranged and led us to the property. He is an excellent host and was available whenever we had a question. He provided recommendations on where to eat, etc. All good recommendations!

MY stay their was Refreshing, fun and comfortable. I loved and enjoyed it to the fullest.

They didn't offer breakfast. but the location was excellent. The place is very quiet and nice, the air was very fresh and clean. I felt peace and comfort. I would surely stay there again and I would not hesitate to recommend the place to others.

I didn't like the road to enter the property is was quite bad. And I would be happier if a security Guard or night watchman was on duty.

The location is quiet and relaxing. There is a pool and the ambiance at the property is welcoming.

Locating the property was difficult. However the Owners are aware and plans to have directional signs up as soon as they receive the okay from Jamaica Public Works

this was a excellent villa, location was fantastic, Jefta and his family could not do enough for us. clean and if we asked for anything it was there. I would highly recommend this place and will defanetley be back again.
