Staying in this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation is right here - from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The space is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, and the decoration is a beautiful touch that provides a sense of warmth and coziness. I would like to especially highlight the kindness and hospitality of the owner. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The owner warmly greeted us and provided us with all the necessary information about the apartment and the surroundings. They were also available for all our questions and requests throughout our stay. The location of the apartment is also excellent. It is situated in a quiet part of the city but still very close to main attractions and restaurants. We had the opportunity to explore the area on foot and enjoy the beautiful scenery. All in all, this was an unforgettable stay, and we would definitely return to this apartment. Thanks to the owners for the wonderful experience and hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!

Fantastic! The studio was super clean and well equipped. WiFi working really well. Great location, just 5 min walk from the beach and beautiful cape Aspro. Aris (the host) was friendly and helpful!

Location perfect for our needs, our studio had all the necessaties, filter coffee machine , kettle fridge working perfectly, the view from the balcony breathtaking,the owner Aris always available to help with a smile🙏🏻

Clean and comfortable stay.

Very clean and comfortable studio with all the facilities. It was very relaxing with nice view and only 5 minutes walk from the sea. The host was always available and helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation

The host is very welcoming. Modern, new and comfortable one room apartment. The kitchen is equipped and the apartment in general is exactly what you need when you stay by the sea. Not far away (by car) you can find a supermarket and a Lidl chain.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely location at a fabulous property

The property was spotless it had everything you could possible want. The shower was powerful and the view from the balcony to the sea was stunning. My flight was late by 5 hours and when I got to the Property it was midnight but Aris was there to meet me and understood. Whilst there I had a flat battery on my hire car, Aris was happy to jump start the car for me from his own car and speak with the hire company on my behalf. This is a family run property I would highly recommend, 5 mins walk to the Sea and amenities.

Very comfortable apartment with modern decor and a short walk to the amenities in Pissouri Bay.

Lovely sized room and balcony to enjoy the Cypriot sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Bed very comfortable and bathroom big enough for our needs. Great location close to all the amenities in the Bay. Will definitely return. Thank you Aris

Very clean and modern room

Very modern and clean studio. The room was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything was extremely modern and like new. It had one of the best showers I've had. The location is great with views out to the sea and a very short walk from the beach and restaurants and easy parking. It's set back in a very peaceful location.

We were downstairs so had noise from upstairs with the scraping of chairs on the floor which in the morning was a little annoying. We'd asked for a balcony room but got the terrace downstairs which is not very private as it is also access for the room next door. If we'd have been staying longer it would have bothered us but for two nights it was fine.

Perfect

Just perfect for us in January. The room was heated by the sun over the day so we didn't need to turn on the heater much as in other places at this time. There is plenty of space and an android tv.

very cozy apartment

We loved the apartment – 5min from the beach, not in a centre but 5min from everything and thus a quiet area. And yet we still had a sew view from our balcony. Everything in the apartment seemed to be quite new and it was well furnished, very cozy apartment with a candle even in the room.

Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and a gorgeous view of the sea.

The rooms are beautiful, each with a balcony or a courtyard looking out towards the sea. The location is fantastic. The beach is literally a 3-min walk. The rooms are modern chic, with sleek furnishing and plenty of light coming in. The kitchenette is cute and decently equipped. The bathroom is decent sized. Aris was very helpful and friendly.

A very pleasant stay.

There was quite a nice view from the balcony towards the sea.

The 49 steps up to the apartment. My partner suffers from arthritis and found it difficult to go up the steps.

Great location, plenty of good amenities and places to eat, exceptional scenery. Host was v helpful, friendly and obviously wanted his guests to have a. memorable stay.

Nothing to dislike. Although I have no steps at home, steps to apartment were a good excuse to enjoy meals at Pissouri Bay. A stay full of memories.

well located for pissouri Bay and aris was very helpful once we tracked him down

Property should make it clear that there are steep steps to apartments. Problem made worse by no reception area so no help with luggage. Suggest they provide beforehand mobile contact phone number so someone can be located. Not great facilities in room- no dishwasher or safe, only two of everything including cups, cutlery etc and corkscrew was broken
