Thought the view would be of the Reservoir...lawn was not as pretty as shown in the picture... sort of disappointing...

KITCHEN UP DATE. LIVING ROOM COMFORTABLE. SHORT DRIVE TO WILMINGTON. IMMEDIATE, CARING PERSONAL RESPONSE FROM OWNER WHEN DEALING WITH THE LOCK FAILURE ENTRY ISSUE.
WE WERE ASKED WHAT TIME WE WOULD ARRIVE. WE RESPONDED 8-10 PM. NO LIGHTS ON AT PROPERTY. DRIVEWAY IS DIFFICULT TO LOCATE AS IT IS A GRAVEL ROAD OFF THE HIGHWAY...NO LIGHTS OR SIGNAGE. STAIRWAY IS PRECARIOUS WITH LUGGAGE ESPECIALLY IN THE DARK. NARROW STAIRWAY TO UPSTAIRS BED ROOMS...LUGGAGE ISSUE. HOUSEKEEPING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. DUST ON BLINDS INDICATES NO ATTENTION. FOUND VISA RECEIPT FROM PRIOR PERSON DATED 09/04 ...CLEARLY LOOKED LIKE A TAG IN BETWEEN CUSHION ON THE SOFA. UPSTAIRS QUEEN BED HAD SPOTS ON BED SHEET....EVEN IF THEY WERE WASHED, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PUTTING SPOTTED SHEETS ON A BED. DOWNSTAIRS BED UP AGAINST WALL...CLIMB OVER TO GET OUT DURING NIGHT OR EARLY WAKE UP. NO TOASTER. DOOR LOCK FAILED TO OPEN ON THIRD NIGHT THERE, REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO DIAL OPEN FAILED. CONSIDERED GOING TO A HOTEL FOR THE NIGHT. CONTACTED FOR ASSISTANCE AND OWNER RESPONDED. CONTINUED TO INPUT THE CODE AND FINALLY THE DOOR OPENED. DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY. NO AT&T PHONE SERVICE....SPOTTY OUT DOORS IN AREA. OVERPRICED. WOULD NOT RETURN AT THAT RATE.
