Superbe halte !

Sans aucun doute le plus beau studio (grande chambre très bien agencée) de notre voyage en crête. Moderne, spacieux, très propre (5 étoiles), au calme, la climatisation parfaite, la literie, les bouteilles d'eau offertes, les gateaux absolument délicieux en guise d'acceuil, La gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons vraiement bien dormit, nous recommendons cet hotel. Bravo aux propiètaires.

Le prix...La circulation autour de l'hotel, c'est un détail mais bon...Je souhaite le mentionner.

Great location, modern apartment, friendly staff

The location was perfect. Right in the center of the village and right by the beach. Couldn’t be more convenient. The room itself was super new and extremely clean. We got a little cake upon arrival, there was always fresh water and sweets, cleaning was done two times a day. The staff was extremely friendly. Couldn’t have wished for a better welcome!

Everything was great. If I were to be very critical - the design of the bathroom door could be more privat and a hook for a towel in the bathroom would be nice. But honestly - everything was great as it was

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.

Excellent location in the centre of Elounda. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the attention to detail is excellent and the room is very peaceful. We had an enormous balcony, which was well furnished and private. Loved the small kitchen area and fridge. The beds were super comfortable and ensured a super nights sleep, aided by the air con. Wifi was good. Owner, family and staff were all lovely.

Only slight downside was that when booked the website informed of separate bedroom to living area. Turned out to be one large room, therefore husband, adult son and I all slept in the same room. Given the level of comfort and lovely surroundings this only a small thing.

Amazing!! Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing stay!!! Beautifully decorated hotel, the room was so comfortable, lovely sea view, right in the centre of Elounda but the stand out were the staff and the little details they provided. We had one night here before moving to a villa for our wedding. This hotel didn't know we were getting married and still provided us with a cake in the room and nougat when they came round for the evening clean. When we checked out she asked about our wedding as she had seen our local wedding planner leave and she apologised for not knowing and said they would have made more of an effort!! They really didn't need to, it already felt so special so they do this for every guest!!! Would thoroughly recommend

Beautiful hotel, exceed expectations, would highly recommend!

Beautiful property! Exceed our expectations. Everything was beautiful, clean and top notch. The bed was big and comfortable, the shower was amazing! The kitchen was very cute as well. Everything was modern and fresh. There were some chocolates and a chocolate cake waiting for us when we got there! Very thoughtful touches!

Couldn’t get the coffee maker to work and there were no mugs for the coffee

Great stay, wish it was longer.

Nectaria was so friendly and knowledgeable. She suggested us where to eat and was spot on with every restaurant. We wanted to rent a boat and captain, she took care of everything for us. Location was spectacular. Room was spotless. Even gave us a welcome cake in our fridge. Loved it there.

Everything from the place itself to the owners, location, cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast, the room, the beds, the view all amazing with extra mile service

No English channels on the tv. So a bit bored in the room if you spent any time in the room. Coffee machine hard to work too.

Staying at Kalypso Suites Hotel made us very happy. It has a warm, nurturing and welcoming atmosphere and the standard of the hotel are extremely high. The attention to detail, the finishing touches, the thoughtfulness, caring and kindness of all the team there, headed by the beautiful Nectaria are unforgettable. Truly, hospitality at its best.

The owners made us feel at home and are very friendly. The room (King suite) was large and has a lovely decor. property is of a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Beds are very comfortable. would highly recommend anyone visiting Elounda to book their stay here. - excellent location with great views of the harbour.

Just spent 15 nights here & was absolute perfection the interior design is first class with fantastic views of the harbour.We were upgraded to The Kings Suite which was absolutely amazing & so spacious,chocolate cake & water in fridge on arrival bath robes & slippers & little treats every day. Really comfy bed & lovely soft towels excellent Wi-Fi connection & even plug socket on balcony which was so handy. Nektaria is beautiful inside & out along with her husband & team they can’t do enough for you they’re such lovely people we will never stay anywhere else when we are in Elounda already booked for next year.

Rooms were clean and modern. Lots of little touches such as gowns, slippers and chocolates were much appreciated. Good WiFi connection. Very comfy bed. Stayed in room with 'city view' but we could glimpse sea still. Staff were very friendly. Great location, restaurants and supermarket close by. A visit to Spinalonga is a must. Thank you for a great stay :-)

Good location overlooking the sea. Easy parking on the port a short walk away, though this might get more difficult in high season. Comfortable room. Nespresso coffee maker.

The advertised breakfast basket wasn’t available.

A fantastic hotel close to all local shops and restaurants and with a perfect view from the balcony over the harbour.

Superb position over-looking the harbour and near to local shops and restaurants.

The only thing we didn’t like was that little towels were outside the bathroom, not in the bathroom itself - a minor issue really

Comfortable and relaxing

Beautiful room but designed for style above practicality. Would have been better if there was somewhere to put the towels in the bathroom other than on the toilet seat. Staff were superbly helpful especially on the final day in making sure our bus transfer arrived at the correct entry

Another fabulous stay in Kalypso, Elounda.

It was my 2nd stay in Kalypso. this time I also brought my mom and we both loved it. -wonderful views over Elounda harbor; -very clean and well cared for rooms; -lots of treats like free chocolate sweets in the lobby and there is a coffee machine in every room; -good wifi; -location is convenient both for swimming but also for restaurants in central Elounda and for the bus (if one needs it) -above all, the owner Nektaria and her team go above and beyond to make one’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. true Cretan hospitality! it was great to meet other travelers who are coming back to Kalypso again and again.
