Truly Italian hospitality!

Good value for money; Due to the fact that the reception would have been closed by the time we arrived, they left the key with a message for us in order to ve able to enter the room. The host was very considerate and kind to us and made us feel like home.

Très bon séjour et superbe vue sur les montagnes

L'accueil était très chaleureux, le lit était confortable , la chambre était propre et la vue sur les montagnes enneigées de la chambre est splendide.

Petit bémol sur la localisation qui est légèrement loin du centre (10-15min à pied)

Camera spaziosa e pulita, letti comodi. Ampio parcheggio gratuito, staff gentile e disponibile. Buonissima la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

La nostra camera era poco insonorizzata ma di notte la zona non è troppo trafficata, abbiamo dormito tranquillamente senza nessun problema

Family run hotel near the lake

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. It is about 15/23 minutes from the lake front which is very nice. Plenty of parking.

I did not like the spiral staircase to the second floor, but that is probably just my personal problem

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The location is fantastic . Good site for viewing of the natural environment.

The bathroom was very small. May not be able to fit someone bigger than me.

Decent value for money

The reception was friendly people and gave us good suggestions also what to explore in the town and good restaurants etc. Flexible and accommodating.

Started to get a bit cold and the heater in the room didn't work. May be I should have asked them but I didn't. So it's my fault to not ask. But otherwise, its value for money.

Avoid this hotel-not worse your time and money.

I've stayed in 7 hotels in Italy during my current trip and never ever had such a bad experience. Nothing to like about this hotel. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

The hotel, service, hotel owner (never met such a rude person), location (next to a cemetery), rooms, accommodations, bathroom, breakfast-nothing in this hotel is worth staying in. When we complained to the owner about the place she offered us to leave and find another place to stay. The advertisement is much prettier on the website than the hotel itself. The only true picture is the lobby view to attract customers. I've stayed in 7 hotels in Italy during my current trip and never ever had such a bad experience. Nothing to like about this hotel. Highly recommend avoiding this place!! The hotel owner (or the lady who greeted us) couldn't be worse. Not friendly, gave us wrong information, scared us of theft, and suggested taking our staff anywhere we go since it is not a safe place. Breakfast was bad, never set up on time, and poor choice of food. The room was hot, with no AC on the first floor, and looked like a barracks. Old furniture from 50th, the bed had nothing but the rails. No elevators, and high stairs to consider if you have any luggage. The lobby looked nice but the rest of the hotel was old and falling apart. Wifi connection was poor. The bathroom is tiny-No space in the bathroom to put any toiletries. The bed was super uncomfortable, with a hard mattress. The shower is very small, no one over 140lbs (65 kg) would fit there. Again, no AC in some rooms. For the quality of this hotel, the price is super high. We stayed in a cheaper hotel with much better accommodations. The hotel is located far from the train station and you have to pass a cemetery on your way. At night I would not suggest anyone walking there alone since it is not comfortable. The cemetery is not mentioned anywhere on their website. No close beach access.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious but could use an easy chair and another source of light. Great breakfast. I enjoyed the half mile walk into Colico for the railway station and all services. In

Car park is poorly surfaced and shared with several businesses. Can be noisy and the main road is quite busy.

Great choice

We really liked the staff that was always ready to help us and other guests. The breakfast was included and was pretty good, you could choose from multiple options.

We lacked AC, hence we opened the windows and the noise from the nearby street was occasionally disturbing us.

Great experience in Aurora, Colico and Lake Como

The hotel has all what is needed, cozy safe building, nice equipments and standard furnitures, clean and tidy, each room with a balcony. The shower is good, cafeteria has various supply. The location is very near to the train station and city centre while also having the mountains as background, a convenient stroll no matter by foot or by car. Most importantly the owner lady is kind and caring, offering guides and extra comfortableness. We love having breakfast here. Personal experience is great!

The direction of some rooms are facing to the road which can be loud sometimes but the price is offsetting the conditions.

The location is not exceptionally beautiful, but close to train station and close enough to the lake.

very helpful and friendly staff, recommend a nice restaurant near the lake which was only 1km away.

there’s no air conditioning, just a fan which was broken but still the room was cool enough.
