Lucky to get a room as my reservation with Booking.com was not there.

My reservation, which I paid for via booking.com was not in their system. I was unable to reach booking.com and had to pay for a room. I have now disputed this charge on my credit card.

Only thing good was we could walk to Waffle House.

Breakfast was acceptable. Sheets never changed. We had to get our own towels. Garbage never emptied.

It fulfilled our needs but didn’t exceed them.

Convenient to family we were visiting. Good breakfast. Bed was great.

Not loud but noisy. Room location (108) was close to lobby and breakfast area (I think kitchen shared wall with the bed) and so there was a lot of working noise in addition to normal guest traffic. Heard a lot of movement in the room above us and doors slamming around us.

The breakfast was the typical FAIR breakfast. Hot foods were terrible. I found the cold options preferable.

• Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly upon check-in. Actually no staff we encountered were. • Hallways were blazing hot, A/C had to have been broken. • TV was awful, unable to watch anything • Tiny bed, very uncomfortable • Juice machine didn’t work at breakfast • Ceiling leaking in breakfast area • Tissue box empty in bathroom So many things to list - for the ridiculous price we paid, we were so disappointed in this stay.

Very nice stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We did not eat at the hotel. We were in a rush to get to our location.

The first room smelled like mildew. We notified the attendant and she gave us new rooms.

I liked the fact that breakfast was available.

The bathroom outlet was not working, and the toilet seat was broken. When I called to make reservations, the clerk stated it would be better to make the reservations online since she was the only staff member on duty.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were quick with responding and always answered the phone. It's also fairly quiet. They had a good selection of breakfast items, but can the oatmeal be less watery?

The beds are pretty hard, so I didn't sleep the best.

Good stay very soft beds

Nice clean property easily accessible to highway. Parking is free so that’s a plus. The rooms are clean and in good repair. The bed was way too soft, very uncomfortable.

If you like to sleep on a soft, sink into it mattress this is the place for you. I like a firm mattress so I found it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It was like pillow top sinkable, it was like not enough springs sinkable.
