A wonderful, whimsical stay!

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes' walk from Rotterdam Centraal. From here you can get everywhere in Rotterdam. The design brought an immediate smile to my face. The room was fine - small as is typical Dutch, with steep stairs to get to it which is also typical Dutch, and it was spotless.

Although coffee is free, there isn't anything to go with it. Something simple like a croissant would be nice. The hotel sells a full breakfast for $15, but that is bigger than I like in the morning.

This was a very quirky and unique hotel with a lot of character. I really enjoyed Rotterdam for the short time. I stayed there and would definitely recommend this hotel to your friend. The staff are also very nice and helpful .

Surprised! Surprise!

What a special place! I would come to Rotterdam again just to check out a different room. Great attentive staff round the clock. They delivered a personal touch even though I was just dropping in for one night.

Spontane Buchung am Abend und freundlichen Empfang im Hotel!

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück und ausgezeichnetes Thai-Restaurand im Hoten.

Zimmer sehr klein, aber dennoch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

lovely stay, i think everything was good, it exceed our expectations.

amazing stay!! staff was friendly and helpful. we loved our room and enjoyed the free tea in mornings. room had all the facilities and if asked, they provide you with hair dryer, etc. the hotel's restaurant had great food as well. plus it was close to the central station which is a huge bonus when travelling. it was at a walking distance from attractions which was nice. it wasn't noisy despite the amount of guests staying in the hotel.

Stanza molto piccola. Vogliono 50 euro di caparra all'arrivo (come negli anni '90). Colazione costa 15 euro ma è povera e di bassa qualità. La camera è minuscola con finestre che danno nella zona comune.

Petite parenthèse dépaysante aux Pays Bas.

Super accueil. On sent que le personnel, jeune, est disponible et soucieux de bien faire. Proche de la gare, parfait pour les escapades autour de Rotterdam. Propreté garantie. Chambre petite et spartiate mais vite adoptée. Restauration Tai tres sympa pour le diner.

A 2 mn de la gare . En plein centre on a fait presque tout nos déplacement à pied

Personnel adorable . Je ne parle ni anglais , ni Néerlandais et je suis tombée sur un personnel qui parler français et très disponible. J ai voyager avec un enfant et elle était contente Merciii

Le petit déjeuner était simple mais correcte .Il y a le minimum mais je pense que pour 15 euros on pourrais avoir un plus de choix .

La décoration et l'emplacement proche de la gare

Accueil médiocre, heure du petit déjeuner demandée pour courir le marathon pas respecté, pas d'information sur le petit déjeuner non inclus aucune anticipation. Chambre louée du samedi 15h au lundi 11h Chambre pas faite le dimanche matin. Fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas, manque d'air. Personnel peu aimable et limite méprisant de nos remarques

Uniek en leuk verblijf, ontbijt was slecht

Mooie inrichting van de kamer en de lounges, goede bedden en perfect als je een nachtje weg gaat.

Het ontbijt kan je beter overslaan en zelf een broodje kopen. Het concept werd ons niet duidelijk uitgelegd, we hadden al betaald voor het ontbijt maar vervolgens stonden er nog prijzen op de kaart. Niet duidelijk wat we hier mee moesten. Ook was het erg karig, de cappuccino was zuur, het broodje was super simpel, hier was echt peper en zout voor nodig om het wat smaak te geven. De jus smaakte alsof het uit een jerrycan uit het onderste supermarktschap kwam. Bij een van de ontbijtmedewerkers kwam geen glimlach af en er werd kortaf gedaan toen ze onze naam niet konden vinden op de lijst. De medewerker bij het inchecken was super vriendelijk daarentegen. Daarnaast waren alle tafels vies en leek het niet dat de medewerkers een doekje over een tafel zouden halen als gasten vertrokken

Vriendelijk ontvangst door personeel, de inrichting in echt leuk ontworpen en ingericht. De kamers waren netjes en alles was aanwezig.

Het is enigszins gehorig, maar dit kwam ook omdat wij bovenburen hadden die dachten dat de vloer een trampoline was.

Prima op paar minuten lopen van station, zodat de trein Eurostar van 06.25 uur relaxed gehaald kon worden.

De ligging, het vriendelijke personeel, gunstige prijs

Er was geen lift, althans die was alleen voor het personeel. Wij 70+ , hadden een kamer op de tweede etage.Met 2koffers bagage voor 2 weken vakantie in de winter was dat gesjouw nogal wat.

Volgende keer een ander hotel

De locatie is prima naast het centraal station en een openbare parkeergarage is beschikbaar naast het hotel. Bed is goed met voldoende kussens. De styling is bijzonder en kunstzinnig.

De kamers zijn gehorig, klein zonder opbergruimte. 1 raam op de kamer die uitkijkt in de gang, geen daglicht. Geen tv. Temperatuur regelen werkt niet. Online inchecken werkte niet, De douche was ijskoud en kon niet warmer maar volgens de dame van de receptie lag dat aan mij. Heel slecht behandeld en ik kom toch best vaak in hotels maar dit nog nooit meegemaakt.

Erg teleurstellend voor een 3 sterren en het betaalde bedrag, zonde geld.

De kamers waren niet schoon, kamers zijn te klein, zodat je de koffers niet met goed fatsoen kwijt kan. De wasbak is buiten het "natte gedeelte" deze is boven tegen het bed geplaatst zodat je niet goed naast je bed kan komen. Een lekkende wasbak die gelukkig is gerepareerd. Op het we ontbijt hebben we 40 minuten moeten wachten en was niet kompleet. We hebben tot 3 maal toe moeten vragen om dit compleet te krijgen, bestek / jus / suiker & zout. Het ontbijt was in een kartonnen doosje gegooid, de warme croissant lag op het beleg, alles zat door elkaar heen. Nog nooit meegemaakt.

Trevligt och rent med bra läge men med små rum

Cool inredning och bra städat!

Väldigt små rum och en dusch som kändes som den var på tok för nära sängen och för liten. Personalen var inte otrevlig men arbetsmoralen kändes låg då de mest satt och spelade hög musik i några soffor.

Location, close to the train station, close to my work venue.

The room was clean snd furnished, but way too small for me. Very youth-hostel-like. No opening window, only Airconditioning. If you say there‘s tea for the guests, make sure there are cups, tea bags and water there at once, nut just one or two items.

Verrassend en prima

Bijzonder ontwerp, doet een beetje aan als Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Dat maakt het wel verrassend en weer eens iets anders dan de eeuwige saaie hotellobby met zitjes en plantenbakken.

De kamer is heel basic, dat is niet erg maar bijvoorbeeld een föhn had ik wel op prijs gesteld. Verder heb ik het ontbijt niet geprobeerd.

A different style of hotel that's' welcoming and close to city centre. Glad I chose it.

The hotel has a sort of fairyland or fantasy set up with interesting places to relax. The website explains their approach. The rooms are comfortable, colourful, but a bit plain. Nice touch of a greetings message. It's in a side street behind the MiniWorld exhibition a short walk from Centraal station. I didn't pre-book breakfast but had two. Continental style and very good value.

I prefer to have coffee making facilities in my room.
