A great location with a comfy family room

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to use their underground car park for our stay and until 3pm the day we checked out. We had a family room with tow large double beds and the big window had shutters on so we could make the room nice and dark. The room was bright and clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast the next morning which was a nice selection of continental food. My son has a milk allergy and they even got us some milk he could have, which was really appreciated.

Usefully located for a short visit to Limoges.

Located close to the old town but still quite a walk. Hotel was clean and quite suitable for our needs.

Better directions would have helped as the hotel is almost hidden amongst the other buildings in the street.

We would certainly book the hotel again, secure car park to reserve and very helpful receptionist.

The receptionist went out of his way to be helpful. He recommended several sight seeing locations and several restaurants one of which we used for dinner - we found it both enjoyable and suitably priced.

The outside of the hotel could do with a re-paint. We thought the location was a walk out of the main area and that we would have felt slightly unnerved had we returned in the dark. Some less confident people may not think it is the right location for them.

I would not return to Limoge, but not because of the hotel.

The location was great. You stepped out of the hotel and right into the center of Limoge. The rail was close by and the area was quiet at night.

The hotel was fine all around.

Great value in Limoges

Very close to the center of town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. On-site parking for a small fee was very welcome. Beds were comfortable and shower was very nice. Pretty quiet room and good A/C top off a great value.

Could use a bit of updating. A/C control is a bit difficult to figure out.

I had a great night at this hotel. From the outside you might worry about what you had booked, but please don't judge it by it's cover. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I also had parking you access from the rear of the hotel for my bike.

Everything you want from a 4 x Star Hotel at 3 x Star prices. Beautifully renovated and Oh so Comfy.

This hotel has everything you want from a 4 Star Hotel at 3 x Star Hotel prices. Fantastic Room with Central Heating, very Comfy Beds and a large fully renovated Bathroom. The Manager is very pleasant and helps with Bags and ensuring you are settled in your room. Great Continental Breakfast and to top it off Secure Car Parking and Public Transport at the front door.

Supberb location and excellent and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us.

The location was excellent- an easy walk to the centre. The owner was exceptionally helpful re places to eat and accessible parking and a suitable room (walk in shower) for us as my husband has mobility issues.

our room was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. the man on the reception desk was very helpful and recommended several restaurants for dinner. the on site parking underneath was a big plus amd worth paying a few euros more

overall it was a pleasant stay

we had a problem with the room we were originally allocated … the toilet was broken but the manager/receptionist did move us to another room and was apologetic about the inconvenience

property is beside a building site on a busy street … but we were at the back of the building overlooking a garden and quiet side street

Exceptional

Superb reception staff. Our train came in an hour earlier than the reception opened and the guys there let us in an hour earlier than they needed to. Also they printed out our boarding passes and sorted us an airport taxi. I'd highly recommended this place for the staff alone. The location of the hotel is great for the train station and the downtown limoges area. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and the aircon works really well. We'd definitely stay here again

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel for the price. Will definitely be back.

Super big room, great shower, chromecast for 2 tired kids. Very nice gentleman at reception gave us great directions to the old town & tips for restaurants.

No mirror in the bedroom!

That there was coffee making facilities in the room and that the mattress was reasonably firm

Not enough natural like coming into the room...felt a bit prison like...created a gloomy and confined ambiance. There just wasn't a cheerful feel to the room.
