Its location and very modern and clean
The steep stairs. Not having a toilet upstairs aswell. Could do with a fan for upstairs also

The quality of the apartment was excellent and the amenities provided were extremely useful. The location was perfect for all public transport and in the heart of the restaurant/take away district.
The sofa bed was not comfortable but used supplied duvet as extra cushioning.

All the facilities were available that one needs. The place was modern and clean. About a mile from the beach which is not too far and walking distance. There's plenty of shops nearby to buy food etc

A very nice, clean and well equipped apartment.
Both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable.
Wide bath.
Smart locks/no keys.
Close to shops, bars and takeaways.
5min walk to train station.
4min train journey to Barry Island.
Guests are required to keep noise levels down after ten.
Shower doesn’t have much water pressure and didn’t keep a steady temperature.

The flat itself was just ok. Great location, lovely staff who checked in with us throughout, parking badge available.
All kitchen appliances where there which made cooking easier.
Took a 20 min drive to cardiff, 20 stroll to the beach or about 5 minutes drive which was great.
Overall felt safe and quiet area
Not the same as picture, felt more like someone elses flat rather than a "suite" which felt initially uncomfortable. Dusty (lampshade, around the bed, around the pipes), needs a refresh of paint. Sofa bed was hard and dirty, the quilt and pillow stored under was filthy so we had to buy a new set.
Toilet was awkward for us as there was no leg room to sit on toilet as it is right infront of the bath
There was a smell in the bedroom which was sickly so had to air out the room

Everything you needed was there. Going to book again for longer as I visit elderly family in Barry. I only stayed 2 nights but would of been comfortable staying longer

Location and parking were good. Communication with host good and ease of entry...
Bedding and beds stained. Had been washed but blood stains and unacceptable. Shower nor bath had hot water.. contacted host who said it will have a new shower ! No good to us while we were there and at £170 a night for 2 people ..expensive with not able to have showers..... dusty small apartment. Dirty windows.

There was a 'lived-in' smell in the apartment, sofa was heavily stained and most walls had dirty marks. Only enough hot water to wet the bottom of the bath, but there's a good shower.
I could hear babies crying both evenings, along with banging and other noises. The view from the window is barbed wire and builders rubble.
The place looks OK but staying was not a good experience.

great layout for an apartment, plenty of room for 2 people and 1 dog, little outdoor space, good for visiting Cardiff Bay and Barry Island, my daughter and I really enjoyed staying here!

It looked really nice, I liked how it had everything you needed and it felt homely! Good parking! Excellent communication with the renter! I felt really comfortable and able to ask a question if I had needed to. Great bed with built in TV and firestick! Lovely shower! Great value for money! Wouldn't definitely recommend and definitely stay again! Great location and easy to access! Thankyou :)
The only thing that I didn't like was there wasn't a very pleasant smell in the apartment! It had a fishy smell that just wouldn't go away.

Very Modern, large living room and kitchen. very clean!
We stayed in Flat 1. Bedroom and bathroom quite small, bed very uncomfortable ached in the morning and found it difficult to get to sleep. pillows very hard! Bathroom in the kitchen??? and very small. fusty small in the property but went away after a while.

Heating is not easy to figure out but works well once you have it sorted.

Felt very homely, great amenities and a great location. Also great for pets! Management will also help with any issues whilst at the property, which is great!
small bathroom but great for the purpose. Makes it a little tricky if you have more than 2 guests, we stayed in the ground floor apartment.
