Disappointing

The reception staff were kind and helpful.

The room was not clean and had to call for it to be vacuumed. Fridge wasn't working but had it replaced. I think they could update their furniture as it all seems quite old. WiFi wasn't great. Bathroom is very dark with not much lighting. Our second family room requested their room to be cleaned and it hadn't. The shower nozzle wasn't connected to the wall, so it was a "hand shower" The mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic. I think there is much room for improvement.

Friendly staff, good location, but the rooms need maintenance.

The location is conveniently situated between the center and the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty, the wi-fi was slow when it worked, AC did not work and it was extremely hot in the room even with low temperatures outside. The sink was a little clogged and in general the room was not in the greatest state.

It is a nice hotel, good beds, good shower, good breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful, so friendly. We will be back in this hotel if we come in Kaiseri.

Basic hotel near the railway station

It's a decent hotel with everything you need to spend a few nights in Kayseri. It's relatively close (15 minute walk) to the city centre and in the vicinity of the central railway station. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly and professional. I did enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes from my hotel window.

Considering it's a fairly old and rundown hotel, in my opinion (considering my travel experience of nearly 15 years in Turkey), it's a bit overpriced for Turkey and the quality it offers. Although the corridors have been renovated, the rooms, furniture and the ventilation system are also in dire need of renovations.

Cheap and nasty option

As the goal was to book a hotel near the ASR airport, I would say I liked the location. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The staff were also helpful and responsive. The price was definitely cheap but in this case, the cons far outweigh the pros.

The room was very small and the bathroom extremely basic. To make things worse, the linens & the floor were dirty as well as one of the ceiling lights in rhe bathroom was broken. The air conditioning for room was from middle ages and none of the settings could turn the heat down. Overall a basic hotel in a developing town/city.

Great staff - helpful and friendly!

The staff was incredibly helpful and spent much time with us helping us with various things. Moreover, the hotel was very flexible about our stay as we needed to alter dates due to an unforeseen situation.

The room was on the small side.

beds are super comfy. they booked a taxi for us in the morning when we needed to go to airport and helped us order pizza because we don’t speak Turkish. also, it is very affordable and close to airport. highly recommend!

Breakfast was good, more than sufficient. Proximity to city centre. Working WiFi. Basic and clean room.

Smell of smoke in corridor and room even though a non smoking room. Staff used Google translate to "speak" English, even though hotel advertised they speak English. Broken toilet seat. Thin walls, could hear neighbour's conversations.

Poor

Food was really good and nice. Varieties was good. Staffs were polite and welcoming. Valet parking services were provided. Very close to many restaurants.

Too small room unable to even walk around with our just 2 suitcases. Bath tub door was stuck and not moving, unable to close, lead to water splashing on ground. No temperature control. Unable to turn of Heater. It was at maximum even after adjusting and calling their staff and asking them to adjust. Room was extremely hot to sleep. We kept balcony door / window open to cool the room with outside air whole night.

Small room. Decent price.

Beds were nice and comfortable.

Most of the lights of the room weren't working. The curtain is not enough to stop light from coming in. The staff speaks zero english. It's on a VERY noisy road.
